Blanche Mehaffey
Blanche Mehaffey (July 28, 1908 – March 31, 1968) was an American showgirl and film actress from Cincinnati, Ohio. Her hair was an auburn color.
The daughter of Edward Mehaffey and his wife, soprano Blanche Berndt, she had a brother, Edward Mehaffey Jr. She started as a dancer with the Ziegfeld Follies before coming to Hollywood to play comedy roles in motion pictures. Show producer Florenz Ziegfeld said she possessed the most beautiful eyes in the entire world. She was among the Baby Stars of 1924 chosen by the Wampas. Others in the group were Clara Bow, Dorothy Mackaill, and Hazel Keener.
Her debut in movies was in the silent film Fully Insured (1923) at Hal Roach Studios. She played in many Hal Roach comedies for a number of years with her leading men usually Charley Chase and later Glenn Tryon. She occasionally appeared in features such A Woman of the World (1925) with Pola Negri. Mehaffey dropped out of filming to study voice and languages for over a year in New York City. Mehaffey returned to movies in Sunrise Trail (1931), a film which featured her playing opposite cowboy star Bob Steele. The motion picture was her first talkie movie.

Robert Frazer
Robert W. Frazer (born Robert William Browne on June 29, 1891 in Worcester, Massachusetts – August 17, 1944 in Los Angeles, California) was an American actor who appeared in some 224 shorts and films from the 1910s. He began in films with the Eclair company which released through Universal.
Acting career
After some theater experience he swiftly moved into acting in silent films. In 1912 he began his movie career by portraying Jesus Christ in the The Holy City, and in the same year played the lead in Robin Hood.

Jack Logan
Jack Logan is an American singer-songwriter born (February 8, 1959) in Greenville, Mississippi and raised in Lawrenceville, Illinois. He began recording, however, after moving to Winder, Georgia. He created two comic books in the 1980s, starring Peter Buck of R.E.M. as a superhero, and the connection to Peter Buck led to Twin/Tone Records' Peter Jesperson's interest in releasing some of Logan's material. He also drew a comic book that was included with LP copies of the Coolies second album, Doug.
His first release was the critically acclaimed Bulk which contained 42 songs from the approximately 600 Logan had recorded from 1979 to 1993. Both Bulk and Logan's next album, Mood Elevator, received four stars in Rolling Stone. Logan has worked with Kelly Keneipp, Vic Chesnutt, Bob Kimbell, Kevin Lane, Aaron Phillips and Rob Keller. The backing band for his albums Buzz Me In and Monkey Paw albums was The Possibilities. His most recent release is 2013's Bones in the Desert, a self-released vinyl LP recorded with Scott Baxendale.

The many mysteries to be solved and all-original action in this serial keep it interesting and fun throughout.
Notes: THE MYSTERY TROOPER was a very early sound serial, perhaps the fifth ever filmed, and contains no background music because overdubbing was not possible yet at this stage of filmmaking and all its sound was recorded live with every take. The actors were clearly instructed to speak clearly so they'd be understood and so the pace of their delivery in dialogue scenes is sometimes very deliberate. Having the Mystery Trooper play the organ in the serial allowed the makers to include some music in the serial as part of the story. This serial was short, only 10 chapters long and is a small-scale affair but still includes appealing characters and situations and non-repetitive action. Robert Frazer, some years later, played the land-grabbing villain in the Republic serial DAREDEVILS OF THE WEST. The new digital transfer of the serial presented here was done at the USC Cinema Archive from a 16mm print and restored and stabilized by Eric Stedman.

It is said that he who discovers White Cloud's secret home shall also discover great riches. Is this true?
