In particular, it puts emphasis on the phenomenon of convergence and investigates the development of innovative products and services, the strategic management of different types of telecom firms and the emerging regulatory issues. The course adopts a micro-level perspective, by investigating the economics of the ICT and its impact on the emergence of new and profitable opportunities for creating value added contents for the final users. Matt Reynolds is a star intern at a major cable news network. And then he catches his mentor, Wallace Bergman, in an affair with the girl he was preparing to propose to, Libby Davis. Matt quits the network, leaves Atlanta and returns to his hometown of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Matt then teams up with college friend and producer--Jeremiah Lint-- to start a small production company when they find out the baby on the cover of one of the most influential rock albums of the last 30 years is all grown up and planning to attend the University of Alabama. Matt and Jeremiah join forces with videographer--Susie Consel, sound tech--Jessica Haskell, and editor--Ryan Haskell in hopes to strike it big with a reality series of their very own.
