My 1st impression of the new Fuji X-T1, which is a whole new ball game for Fuji because this is the 1st body that feel mature to me. The X-T1, even after only 1 day of use has impressed the hell out of me. It appears Fuji has "officially" entered the game IMO. My full written review with LOADS of images will be up within 2 weeks. I think I am buying this one, my 1st Fuji X body I will buy. Almost 2014 and Fujifilm is ready for Prime Time!!! The new XTrans II image sensor has dramatically increased AF performance and now the cameras are just "quirky" and not a basic pain in the arse anymore. Swiss adventurer Yves Rossy has completed a flight near the iconic Japanese landmark, Mount Fuji, in his custom-built jet suit, his first such flight in Asia. Rossy, also known as "Jetman" performed his stunt on the carbon-Kevlar jetwing with four engines celebrating Mount Fuji's designation as a world heritage site. A total of nine flights took place from October 28th to November 3rd.
