For the 2010-11 and 2011-12 Lega Pro Seconda Divisione seasons they'll play in the Stadio Città di Meda in Meda as their home field, Stadio Mario Riboldi in Renate, didn't fit Lega Pro's criteria.
The club was founded in 1947 as Unione Sportiva Renatese.
On 1961 the club has changed its name with Associazione Calcio Renate.
On August 4, 2010 the team is admitted, for the season 2010-11 in Lega Pro Seconda Divisione group A where it reaches the play-offs losing with FeralpiSalò, which will be promoted.
Its colors are blue and black.
