Lawsuit followed, Her OWN attorney appears to have sold her out, and then she hired Other attorneys. Same result. Finally Federal Judge Mark Houle sold her house, in Dec. 2012, ignoring her recorded "HOMESTEAD EXCEMPTION", and converted non- lienable atty.s fees into a Bankruptcy debt, and Screwed Teddy in an Ambuse in 2014, allowing Atty. Franklin Adams, more than a little latitude, in Teddys opinion [and mine ] while she was detained by federal Marshalls, they had her hearing without her. then when it was all settled in Federal Bankruptcy Court, she was given 2 minutes to "bitch", and it was FRAUD by the Court of Mark Houle. No wonder, Mr. "Judge" Mark Houle did not want Video Cameras capturing the "processing" of a illegitamate case! Whether you understand the law or not... ask yourself. Should the Legal system be allowed to steal a widow woman, of age 75+ entire home value, sell it, rent it, kick her out. Simply because she lodged a complaint with the Home Owners Assoc. for paying the grass cutters too much in the HOA community park, and end up pennyless, while multiple Attorneys all had a fine lunch of $ thousand$ at Teddys Expense. And in the Last proceeding in March 19, 2014, the court listed Nigl Burns as her attorney, knowing full well she had Fired him a year ago... Is this just not blantant robbery of an elderly woman by attorneys and Judges. She worked all her life, had a home free and clear, and ended up "Homeless" by the American "Legal" system of flim flam, wham and they call it a ... JUSTICE SYSTEM.
