SUBSCRIBE for Latest on UKRAINE CRISIS / CRIMEA / RUSSIA / PUTIN / WW3 / NEW WORLD ORDER / USD COLLAPSE http://www.youtube.com/AgendaNWO Build up to WW3 - President PUTIN Inspects RUSSIAN Military TROOPS Amid WAR Exercises President Vladimir Putin ordered troops involved in a military exercise in western Russia back to base on Tuesday in an announcement that appeared intended to ease East-West tension over fears of war in Ukraine. Russian financial markets rebounded after sharp falls on Monday, and the euro and dollar rose in Japan, though Moscow's forces remained in control of Ukraine's Crimea region, seized bloodlessly after Russian ally Viktor Yanukovich was ousted as Ukrainian president last month. Russia paid a heavy financial price on Monday for its military intervention in Ukraine, with stocks, bonds and the ruble plunging as Putin's forces tightened their grip in Crimea, whose population is mainly ethnic Russian. The Moscow stock market fell 10.8 percent on Monday, wiping nearly $60 billion off the value of Russian firms, but Russian stock indexes rose more than 4 percent early on Tuesday before slipping back again slightly, though still up on the day. Putin declared at the weekend that he had the right to invade Ukraine to protect Russian interests and citizens after Yanukovich's downfall following months of popular unrest. Russia's Black Sea Fleet has a base in Crimea. But the military exercises in central and western Russia, which began last week and raised fears that Russia might send forces to neighbor Russian-speaking regions of east Ukraine, were completed on schedule. "The supreme commander of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, gave the order for the troops and units, taking part in the military exercises, to return to their bases," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by Russian news agencies. Although the end of the exercises had been planned, the announcement sent a more conciliatory message than much of the rhetoric from Russian officials, who say Moscow must defend national interests and those of compatriots in Ukraine. Putin is dismayed that the new leadership in Ukraine, the cradle of Russian civilization, has plotted a course towards the European Union and away from what had been Moscow's sphere of influence during generations of Soviet Communist rule. Moscow's U.N. envoy told a stormy meeting of the Security Council that Yanukovich had sent a letter to Putin requesting he use Russia's military to restore law and order in Ukraine. President Obama spoke on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin for 90 minutes on Saturday following the "uncontested arrival" of Russian tanks in Ukraine. putin russia ukraine russian military army troops inspect inspection tension u.s. The Reagan-esque image is an almost comically effort by the White House to portray a tough looking Obama to the American people, a likely reaction to the pointed criticism over his timid response to Putin's aggression. Twitter users tweeted the photo and their thoughts of Obama's theatrics. The commentary is hilarious, despite the seriousness of the matter. Moscow's move to occupy Crimea with Russian troops is a declaration of war on Ukraine according to interim Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk. "This is actually a declaration of war on my country. We urge Putin to pull back his troops from this country and honour bilateral agreements. If he wants to be the president who started a war between two neighboring and friendly countries, he has reached his target within a few inches," said Yatseniuk, warning, "We are on the brink of disaster." Although there has been no violence, Russian troops now occupy key positions throughout the Crimean peninsula, including airports and communication hubs. US Secretary of State John Kerry reacted by issuing a series of threats, warning that Russia could be kicked out of the G8, or that the U.S. could freeze Russian business assets and precipitate a collapse of the rouble. President Barack Obama said that Russian troop movements represent a "violation of Ukrainian sovereignty".- published: 04 Mar 2014

President Putin inspects Russian troops amid tensions in Ukraine
President Putin watched on as military exercises took place in western Russia, in the Leningrad region, involving both the Russian navy and army. Mr Putin and other military officers, including Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, watched some elements of the exercise through a window of the command post at the Kirillovsky shooting range. Earlier, Mr Shoigu said in a televised statement, made at a meeting of top military brass in Moscow, that the exercise was intended to "check the troops' readiness for action in crisis situations that threaten the nation's military security." Russian President Putin Speaks Out on Ukraine Crisis
Russian President Putin Speaks Out on Ukraine Crisis
Russia will not go to war with the people of Ukraine, but will use its troops to protect citizens, if radicals with clout in Kiev now try to use violence against Ukrainian civilians, particularly ethnic Russians, Putin told the media. Putin, who was given a mandate by the Russian senate to use military force to protect civilians in Ukraine, said there is no need for such an action yet. Putin cited the actions of radical activists in Ukraine, including the chaining of a governor to a stage as public humiliation and the killing of a technician during an opposition siege of the Party of Regions HQ, as justification for Russia to be concerned for the lives and well-being of people in eastern and southern Ukraine. Incidents like those are why Russia reserves the option of troop deployment on the table. "If we see this lawlessness starting in eastern regions, if the people ask us for help -- in addition to a plea from a legitimate president, which we already have -- then we reserve the right to use all the means we possess to protect those citizens. And we consider it quite legitimate," he said. Russia is not planning to go to war with the Ukrainian people, Putin stressed, when a journalist asked if he was afraid of war. But Russian troops would prevent any attempts to target Ukrainian civilians, should they be deployed. "We are not going to a war against the Ukrainian people," he said. "I want you to understand it unambiguously. If we do take a decision, it would only be to protect Ukrainian citizens. Let anybody in the military dare, and they'd be shooting their own people, who would stand up in front of us. Shoot at women and children. I'd like to see anyone try and order such a thing in Ukraine." Putin dismissed the notion that the uniformed armed people without insignia who are currently present in Crimea are Russian soldiers. He said they are members of the Crimean self-defense forces and that they are no better equipped and trained than some radical fighters who took part in the ousting of Yanukovich. He assured that the surprise military drills in Russia's west which ended on Tuesday had nothing to do with the Ukrainian situation. When asked how he sees the future of Crimea, and whether the possibility of it joining Russia is under consideration, Putin answered "No." "Generally, I believe that only residents of a given country who have freedom of will and are in complete safety can and should determine their future. If this right was granted to the Albanians in Kosovo, if this was made possible in many different parts of the world, then nobody has ruled out the right of nations to self-determination, which, as far as I know, is fixed by several UN documents. However, we will in no way provoke any such decision and will not perpetuate such sentiments," Putin stressed. Asked about criticism of Russia over its stance on Ukraine, Putin dismissed the accusations that Russia is acting illegitimately. He stated that even if Russia does use force in Ukraine, it would not violate international law. At the same time he accused the United States and its allies of having no regard to legitimacy when they use military force in pursuit of their own national interests. "When I ask them 'Do you believe you do everything legitimately,' they say 'Yes.' And I have to remind them about the US actions in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, where they acted either without any UN Security Council mandate or through perverting a mandate, as was the case in Libya," Putin said. "Our partners, especially in the United States, always clearly formulate for themselves their geopolitical and national interests, pursue them relentlessly and then drag the rest of the world in, using the principle 'You are either with us or against us.' And harass those who refuse to be dragged in," he added.- published: 05 Mar 2014

Pussy Riot - The Movie Official Trailer (2014)
MOVIE COVERS TWO-YEAR ORDEAL OF PUSSY RIOT
www.freepussyriotthemovie.com
Pussy Riot – The Movie documents the nearly two-year imprisonment of the women of Pussy Riot. Russian President Vladimir Putin blinked, or he decided he needed some positive public relations prior to the Sochi Olympic Games due to begin February 7, 2014. An amnesty bill was passed by the Russian parliament and Nadia Tolokonnikova and Masha Alyokhina were released.
The women were ripped from the punk rock political scene for a performance in Moscow’s main cathedral. They asked “Mary, Mother of God to rid Russia of Putin and were sentenced to two years in prison under questionable circumstances in March 2012. An international outcry followed, and they became of symbol of lack of freedoms in Russia.
Free Pussy Riot – The Movie includes the Pussy Riot prison interviews, the appeals, the hunger strikes and the demonstrations by the opposition that turned violent from police beatings. The movie’s release is scheduled for March 2014 at the latest.
Actress Daryl Hannah narrates the movie. VMI Worldwide is handling distribution of Free Pussy Riot – The Movie. VMI President, Andre Relis said, “We’re thrilled to represent such a timely and important piece of work that engages its audience so effectively. Documentaries like Free Pussy Riot are not only brave but also are necessary in a world in which abuses of power are rampant, and the watchdogs are all too often silenced.”
A portion of the proceeds will support the legal fund for the women.
