Chesmensky District (Russian: Чесменский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the 27 in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Chesma. Population: 20,177 (2010 Census preliminary results); 20,459 (2002 Census); 19,638 (1989 Census). Population of Chesma accounts for 28.5% of the district's population.
