For long enough that i've been working on "Penang in Motion 2", i guess i'm finally satisfied with what i see from my screen to share with you here. This is my 2nd serious time-lapse video of my hometown Penang Island after being greatly inspired after watching "Manhattan in Motion" by Josh Owens some time ago. I certainly believe every city should have her own time-lapse video. Penang island is a bustling city in the Northern Malaysia region with some really big identity such as the UNESCO Heritage Site, a popular food heaven as a whole, a melting pot of different culture, an important business and industrial hub, and a lot more. However, i intend to bring you something more than that, something not usually seen such as the old heritage site during dusk and dawn, the rural "kampung" and surrounding under the starry night, over flowing waterfall after the rain, natural landscape in magic hour, and i'd slowly draw you back to Georgetown, and put you somewhere among the vibrant life of "Penangites".
