However, is it really necessary to spend mega-dollars on a pristine metal structure when a few old redundant railway rolling stock carriages and wagons would achieve the same thing or maybe a few loads of quarry rock would suffice? I hardly think the fish would note the difference.

Let’s hope the structures are placed within the reach of smaller recreational vessels not half way to New Zealand like the FADs .
