Updating details

You can update your membership details when you like, apart from your birth date. Note that changes generally take place immediately, though profile updates are reviewed manually and may take up to 48 hours to appear on the site.

• Account info - such as passwords, contact details and mail list settings
  
  
  1. Log in.
  2. Select My account.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Hit 'Save' and you're done.
  
  
  


• Profile - such as your headline, ideal partner and at a glance details
  
  
  1. Log in.
  2. Head to Edit my profile which can be found under the My Home sub-navigation.
  3. Anywhere you see the 'Edit' link, this can be clicked to make changes to your profile.
  4. Make sure you save as you go.
  5. 'At a glance' section can be edited by clicking on the fields and making the changes.
  6. Hit the 'I'm finished editing' link when all edits are complete
  
  
  


• Importing Facebook Interests
  
  
  1. Log in.
  2. Head to Edit my profile which can be found under the My Home sub-navigation.
  3. Alongside the 'Edit' link for interests, is a link labelled 'Import from Facebook', click this to connect with Facebook.
  4. Any Facebook interests found will be shown within each highlighted interest field. Review these and ensure you're comfortable with adding these to your RSVP profile.
  5. Click 'save' to confirm all changes to your interests
  
  
  


• Change RSVP name
  
  
  1. Log in.
  2. Head to My account which can be found under the My Home sub-navigation.
  3. Update your RSVP name (note that your new name can't be in use by another RSVP member).
  4. Hit the 'I'm finished editing' link when all edits complete.
  
  
  


• Change password
  
  
  1. Log in.
  2. Head to My account and and select 'Change password'.
  3. You will be asked to enter your current and new password. Hit 'Save' and you're done.
  
  
  


• Change email address
  
  
  1. Log in.
  2. Head to My account and enter your new email address in the 'Email address' field.
  3. Scroll down the page and hit 'Save' and you're done.
