Phishing attacks on agents have occurred recently and involve fraudulent emails that appear to be sent from Domain.com.au. They often ask you to login to confirm your membership details or to receive leads.

Do not respond to these emails – delete immediately.

Tips to protect yourself from phishing scams:

Agent Admin URL Ensure you are at the correct internet address (http://admin.domain.com.au) by typing it into the address bar yourself.

Phishing email We will never send an email asking you to confirm your username, password or personal details. If you receive an email of this nature, delete it immediately and report it to our support team.

Latest browsers Upgrade your browser to the latest version. The latest internet browsers help protect you against phishing scams and fake websites.

Antivirus software Ensure you have the latest antivirus software on all computers in your office. This will help protect you against malicious software.
