Spring is in the air! If that makes you want to dance for joy, The SUBWAY SOUL CLUB is just the place to do it! We're back for another one-off special of vintage vinyl Sixties Northern Soul, Motown and Go-Go Grooves spun by DJ Phast Phreddie The Boogaloo Omnibus and special guests. And of course Brit hostess with the mostest Lady Dawn will be hostessing in all her vintage, mod finery. Be groovy and wear yours, too!

Over 300 dancers shook, shimmied and twisted the night away at our our New Year’s Eve party at the recently renovated Coco66 in Greenpoint. We LOVED this gorgeous venue so much we’re coming back. It's large, candle-lit front bar with cushy booths and wooden tables leads into a spacious dance room with a fabulous NEW wooden dance floor that has plenty of room to kick up your heels and a huge screen on which groovy movie clips of the Sixties to be projected.

SUBWAY SOUL CLUB has been New York City's premier sixties soul dance club since 2001. Resident DJ Phast Phreddie the Boogaloo Omnibus invites local and internationally renown, top-notch DJ to spin the finest in Sixties dance music, leaning heavily on that which is known as Northern Soul, but includes organ grooves and Go-Go beats. Hostess Lady Dawn will flit around the club, dancing, drinking and welcoming old friends and new.

All this is presented by our good friends at CAVESTOMP--New York's outstanding presenter of Sixties Garage Rock concerts, and the fabulous club, Coco 66.

Come early to ensure yourself a place on the dance floor. Action starts at 9:00 PM!!!
