Subway Soul Club Tonight!

The SUBWAY SOUL CLUB will hold its monthly event at The Loft TONIGHT
(March 19).  Make sure you come out and dance all night to the groovy
sixties soul records that will be selected for just this occasion by
the swingin' disc jockeys.  On this night, resident DJ Phast Phreddie
the Boogaloo Omnibus will be joined by Gaylord Fields--he of the far
out Sunday evening radio program on radio station WFMU)--and
Girlsoul--who has been laying down the hot wax for Soul A'Go-Go for a
couple years now. So that you know that the music will be great, all
you have to do is put on your party clothes and dancing shoes and
swing on by.  Lady Dawn will be on hand to make sure you have a good
time.  It all happens at The Loft (adjacent to Public Assembly, 70 N.
6th Street,  Williamsburg, Brooklyn).  Action starts at 10:00 PM,
jumps until 4:00 AM and it costs a measley six bones.

a secret door and the lovely Miss Alana to greet you at the door.

Please note that the Subway Soul Club now charges a measly $6, but
this has done wonders in supporting the event, and keeping out
Looky-Loos, Hodads and other assorted creeps.  People come to Subway
Soul Club FOR Subway Soul Club, as we all do.  Everyone there is
interested in the music.

Action starts at 10:00 AM and will continue until 4:00 AM.

(The secret entrance to The Loft is located between the entrance to
Public Assembly and the Music Hall of Williamsburg.  Look for the
Subway Soul Club poster on the door and the groovy people going
inside.  It is a short walk from the Bedford stop on the L-Train)

Phast Phreddie the Boogaloo Omnibus will be guest DJ at Soulpower RVA in Richmond, Virginia on Saturday April 10.  This is a fabulous soul/funk/rhythm dance party hosted by the world-famous DJ Pari.  It will take place at Balliceaux (203 North Lombardy Street), starting about 10:30 PM.  If you are in Virginia, be there and bring your friends.  If you have friends in the area, let them know.

Phast Phreddie the Boogaloo Omnibus will make a return engagement at The Motor City Bar (127 Ludlow Street, Lower East Side, NYC) on Friday May 14.  The Motor City is a Rock’n'Roll bar–Phast will play ALL ROCK ALL NIGHT!!!  Don’t miss this incredible occasion for the Boog play some of his outrageous rock 45s.
