Pacific Ocean Paradise HD Documentary
Pacific Ocean Paradise HD Documentary The Pacific Ocean is the largest of the Earth's oceanic divisions. It extends from the Arctic in the north to the Southern Ocean (or, depending on definition, to Antarctica) in the south, bounded by Asia and Australia in the west, and the Americas in the east. At 165.25 million square kilometres (63.8 million square miles) in area, this largest division of the World Ocean -- and, in turn, the hydrosphere -- covers about 46% of the Earth's water surface and about one-third of its total surface area, making it larger than all of the Earth's land area combined.[1] The equator subdivides it into the North Pacific Ocean and South Pacific Ocean, with two exceptions: the Galápagos and Gilbert Islands, while straddling the equator, are deemed wholly within the South Pacific.[2] The Mariana Trench in the western North Pacific is the deepest point in the world, reaching a depth of 10,911 metres (35,797 ft).[3] The eastern Pacific Ocean was first sighted by Europeans in the early 16th century when Spanish explorer Vasco Núñez de Balboa crossed the Isthmus of Panama in 1513 and discovered the great "southern sea" which he named Mar del Sur. The ocean's current name was coined by Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan during the Spanish expedition of the world in 1521, as he encountered favourable winds on reaching the ocean. He therefore called it Mar Pacifico in Portuguese, meaning "peaceful sea".[4]- published: 08 Jan 2014

Radiation Of The Pacific Ocean In The Next 10 Years - Japan Nuclear Disaster
Radiation Of The Pacific Ocean In The Next 10 Years - Japan Nuclear Disaster
This is a 10 year timelapse of the radiation from Fukushima, Japan, contaminating the Pacific Ocean A sequence of global ocean circulation models, with horizontal mesh sizes of 0.5°, 0.25° and 0.1°, are used to estimate the long-term dispersion by ocean currents and mesoscale eddies of a slowly decaying tracer (half-life of 30 years, comparable to that of 137Cs) from the local waters off the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plants. The tracer was continuously injected into the coastal waters over some weeks; its subsequent spreading and dilution in the Pacific Ocean was then simulated for 10 years. The simulations do not include any data assimilation, and thus, do not account for the actual state of the local ocean currents during the release of highly contaminated water from the damaged plants in March--April 2011. An ensemble differing in initial current distributions illustrates their importance for the tracer patterns evolving during the first months, but suggests a minor relevance for the large-scale tracer distributions after 2--3 years. By then the tracer cloud has penetrated to depths of more than 400 m, spanning the western and central North Pacific between 25°N and 55°N, leading to a rapid dilution of concentrations. The rate of dilution declines in the following years, while the main tracer patch propagates eastward across the Pacific Ocean, reaching the coastal waters of North America after about 5--6 years. Tentatively assuming a value of 10 PBq for the net 137Cs input during the first weeks after the Fukushima incident, the simulation suggests a rapid dilution of peak radioactivity values to about 10 Bq m−3 during the first two years, followed by a gradual decline to 1--2 Bq m−3 over the next 4--7 years. The total peak radioactivity levels would then still be about twice the pre-Fukushima values. SUBSCRIBE for more on FUKUSHIMA / WEST COAST RADIATION / SURVIVAL / IODINE / NEW WORLD ORDER http://www.youtube.com/AgendaNWO DEAD SEA LIFE in the PACIFIC OCEAN due To FUKUSHIMA RADIATION A Seattle diver was shocked after discovering well over 100 dead sea stars washed up on the beach in the Brace Point area of West Seattle this weekend. The sea stars were located on a small section of beach by underwater explorer and videographer Laura James, who immediately began filming and documenting the area. "The sea stars that are dying are apex predators of the seafloor and a keystone species," James said. "What will be interesting is what will happen to the biodiversity now in the aftermath." James' discovery follows the disturbing reports of "melting starfish" being found all along the West Coast of North America. Biologists in Seattle began collecting the sunflower starfish late last month to be sent for testing with other specimen already collected in Canada. Only days later, the same melting phenomenon was discovered in California as well. Although scientists have yet to release a consensus on the cause, several theories have begun circulating ranging from disease to the deteriorating nuclear situation in Japan. At this time James says more testing needs to be done in order to find the cause, but does not believe Fukushima is directly related. Regardless of the cause, all theories playing a collective role in West Coast wildlife, which continues its disturbing trend, remains a large possibility. Just last August, independent Canadian biologists discovered herring bleeding from their gills, bellies and eyeballs around northern Vancouver Island. That same month, members of Canada's aboriginal community began reporting historically low returns of Skeena River sockeye salmon. Last year, polar bears, walruses and seals in Alaska began appearing with open sores on their skin as well as large patches of missing hair. The following month, hundreds of Alaska Airlines flight attendants filed a formal complaint after developing skin lesions and hair loss as well. According to an absolutely shocking study that has just been released, one area of the Pacific Ocean floor was 98 percent covered by decomposing sea creatures in July 2012. But in March 2012, only 1 percent of that same section of the Pacific Ocean floor was covered by dead sea creatures. This study has been going on for 24 years, and the scientists that are running this study say that during "the past 2 years" they have seen "the biggest amounts of this detritus by far". In other words, the scientists that are studying this section of the ocean floor have never seen anything quite like this before. And when you consider this in conjunction with all of the other reports that have been coming in of sea creatures dying all over the Pacific Ocean, it is only natural to start asking some hard questions. Could radiation from Fukushima be responsible for all of this death? "sea life" story exposed fukushima "global warming" truth "national geographic" 2013 2014 organism "deep sea" sea ocean data "pacific ocean" pacific japan japanese tokyo vancouver canada alaska nuclear radiation research science scientist aquarium life fish "tropical fish" "united states" u.s. usa america press media government animal humanity hero cancer sailor iodine work employment "water filter" supplies store media news survival prepare "iodine tablets" "agenda nwo" alex jones infowars wearechange dutchsinse dutchsince gerald celente david icke truth cover up glenn beck g4t jsnip4 fukushima fallout map west coast u.s. tepco yoshida thyroid cancer radiation level duct tape Although climate change is a leading contender for explaining the major increases in 2011 and 2012, Huffard says that these spikes could be part of a longer-term trend that scientists haven't yet observed. "In the 24 years of this study, the past 2 years have been the biggest amounts of this detritus by far," said study leader Christine Huffard, a marine biologist at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute in California. The Pacific recently has seen its fair share of weird. Last year, there was an invasion of Humboldt squid around coastal California and sea lion dying off in worrying numbers. And in recent weeks, disturbingly, sea stars -- from Alaska to San Diego are wasting away, literally melting. But clearly, something definitely appears to be significantly affecting life throughout the Pacific Ocean. In fact, one very experienced Australian adventurer has stated that he felt as though "the ocean itself was dead" as he journeyed from Japan to San Francisco recently... Following continued news of disturbing sea life occurrences off the West Coast, scientists in Mexico's Scammon's Lagoon, also known as Laguna Ojo de Liebre, have discovered what appears to be the first ever documented case of conjoined gray whale calves.- published: 07 Jan 2014

Japan's nuclear watchdog has said the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant is facing a new "emergency" caused by a build-up of radioactive groundwater. SUBSCRIBE for more on U.S. WEST COAST RADIATION / FUKUSHIMA / JAPAN / FUTURE / HUMANITY http://www.youtube.com/AgendaNWO DONT EAT the RADIOACTIVE SEA FOOD in PACIFIC OCEAN Contaminated from FUKUSHIMA RADIATION It seems US sailors aren't the only ones who three short years after the Fukushima disaster are being stricken by cancers and other radiation-induced diseases. A radioactive hotspot detected in Kashiwa city was found to be linked to Fukushima. For once, the media blackout surrounding the Japanese nuclear power plant tragedy appears to have crumbled, and at least a portion of the truth has been revealed. Hong Kong's SCMP reports that fifty-nine young people in Fukushima prefecture have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having thyroid cancer. Notably, all of newly diagnosed were younger than 18 at the time of the nuclear meltdown in the area in March 2011. They were identified in tests by the prefectural government, which covered 239,000 people by the end of September. He compared the figures in Fukushima with cancer registration statistics throughout Japan from 1975 to 2008 that showed an annual average of five to 11 people in their late teens to early 20s developing cancer for every 1 million people. And then come those who probably would still be touting the great job Tepco is doing in containing the worst nuclear catastrophe in history, even though Tepco itself has now admitted the exploded nuclear power plant is out of control. Tetsuya Ohira, a professor of epidemiology at Fukushima Medical University, disagreed. It was not scientific to compare the Fukushima tests with cancer registry statistics, he argued. Scientific? Or not politically feasible for a prime minister who is desperate to restart domestic nuclear power plants, since Abenomics is getting monkeyhammered thanks to soaring energy and food import costs (and, among other factors, leading to a crash in Abe's popularity rating), and any reality leaking, pardong the pun, from Fukushima will end both that ambition, and his political career prematurely. Shockingly, a month ago, prefectural officials deemed it unlikely that the increase in suspected and confirmed cases of cancer was linked to radiation exposure. Their "logic" is that in the Chernobyl disaster of 1986, it was not until four or five years after the accident that thyroid cancer cases surged. Apparently the thought that the local cancer victims may have been subject to radiation orders of magnitude higher than Chernobyl thanks to a lying government which consistently repeated that "all is well" has not crossed anyone's mind. "It is known that radioactive iodine is linked to thyroid cancer. Through the intake of food, people may absorb and accumulate it inside glands," said Dr Choi Kin, a former president of the Hong Kong Medical Association. Children might absorb more of it than adults because they were still growing, he said, but it remained to be proven that the radioactive iodine came from the nuclear disaster instead of the normal environment. Some 5.2 tons of 11 varieties of fish — including octopus, horsehair crab, blackbelly rosefish and angler — were landed at the Matsukawaura Port in Soma, northern Fukushima Prefecture, after 21 dragnet fishing boats returned there on the afternoon of Sept. 25. japan seafood "sea food" japanese fish sushi restaurant safe safety contaminated authority 2014 "fishing port" tsunami radiation salmon tradition "japanese tradition" usd dollar fisherman extreme power pacific "pacific ocean" "geiger counter" "clean water" restaurant "fresh fish" "south korea" korean ban news media latest "food safety" food "fresh food" supermarket "united states" u.s. usa "made in japan" local "locally caught" consumer trendy "agenda nwo" infowars alex jones gerald celente wearechange david icke glenn beck farrakhan rt russia today truth As we reported on Monday, after a viral video emerged showing a man recording measurements of over 150 micro-REM per hour, 500 per cent normal background radiation, on a beach south of Pillar Point Harbor, San Mateo County officials confirmed the spike but said they were "befuddled" as to the cause. "It's not normal. I've never seen 400 cpm when I just wave my Geiger around." Weiss told the Half Moon Bay Review. "There has to be something radioactive for it to do that." After studying a dirt sample in a spectrum analyzer, the substance was found to contain radium and thorium, which are both naturally occurring radioactive elements. No evidence of cesium-137, the fissile material used in the Fukushima reactors, was discovered, leading Weiss to conclude that the radiation had no link to the nuclear plant in Japan. Many were concerned that the radiation could be related to Fukushima because experts have concluded that the radioactive plume from the nuclear accident in March 2011 will reach U.S. coastal waters by early 2014.- published: 10 Jan 2014
