Supreme Court Justice Warns FEMA Camps Are Coming
http://truthstreammedia.com/supreme-court-justice-warns-fema-camps-are-coming/ Martial Law has already been established on paper, and a Supreme Court Justice now warns that the nation's highest court would back executive orders to intern Americans, as it did during WWII. Senior Associate Justice Antonin Scalia, the longest serving justice of the Supreme Court who has been on since the Reagan Administration, predicted that the Supreme Court would someday back moves by the federal government to intern Americans under martial law, citing the landmark Korematsu v. United States decision that upheld FDR's Executive Order 9066 to round up and hold Japanese Americans in camps during WWII. Never mind that this is blatantly in violation of the rights of Americans; time of war makes the laws fell silent Scalia cautioned. How quickly would the Obama Administration or a future president use the powers of Executive Order to hold Americans in actual camps in the event of future crisis -- be it natural disaster, false flag terrorism, economic collapse or wider war? Supreme Court commutes 15 death sentences due to delays
The Supreme Court has commuted the sentences of 15 death row convicts, ruling that delays in their execution were grounds to change their sentences to life imprisonment. Today's verdict was based on an appeal by four members of the gang led by notorious sandalwood smuggler Veerappan. They filed their mercy petition in 2004 and nine years later, their appeal was rejected. Watch more videos: http://www.ndtv.com/video- published: 21 Jan 2014

Deputy governors forum to file petition at the supreme court regarding impeachment
The Deputy Governors forum intends to file a petition at the Supreme Court by the close of business to get a constitutional interpretation regarding the impeachment of a deputy governor. Through its chairperson Evalyn Chepkirui Aruasa of Narok, the forum has expressed displeasure with the handling of their Embu counterpart Dorothy Nditi. This follows the impeachment of Embu governor Martin Wambora and his deputy Dorothy Nditi last week over alleged abuse of office and corruption. U.S. Supreme Court - Edward Lawson won it!
EDWARD LAWSON
Civil Rights Activist - ProPer Inc.
On his own he took a civil rights case to the
Supreme Court of the United States - and won.
In California cops stopped citizens without
probable cause or a reasonable suspicion
and asked for I.D.
Typically black, brown and young people.
Edward Lawson as a pedestrian
was stopped by cops and asked for I.D.
more than 15 times in an 18 month period
in San Diego County.
He kept written notes about what happened
and the cops that stopped him
and brought one combined legal action
first in California Courts and then in U.S. Federal Court.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
ruled in his favor. The San Diego Sheriff's Department
then appealed the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court
In Kolender v. Lawson (461 U.S. 352, 1983)
the United States Supreme Court ruled that a statute (in California or in any state) authorizing a police officer to arrest a citizen merely for refusing to present identification was unconstitutionally vague.
His case has been cited in 1000s of later cases.
Alas, in 2008 stop and I.D. laws in some states are back on the books.

On October 25, 2012 activists, lawyers, and family members of defendants in the controversial Holy Land Five trial held a press conference and rally outside the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building in Manhattan.
Noor Elashi, daughter to imprisoned Holy Land Foundation co-founder, Ghassan Elashi, and Michael Ratner, President Emeritus of the Center for Constitutional Rights joined supporters for what may be the last public showing of solidarity for the Holy Land Five defendants before the Supreme Court is scheduled to conference on whether they will rule on the group’s 2008 conviction for alleged crimes under the Material Support to Terrorists statute.
The Supreme Court is expected to conference on wether or not to hear the group's petition on October 26, 2012.
