Wanna see, what happens if you place two former military pilots of the French Navy in the cockpit of an Airbus A380? A vertical take-off and some acrobatic maneuvers are the result. Two pilots who previously worked for the French Navy have been working as test pilots for Airbus since a few years. This was the most amazing A380 performance I have ever seen. Very impressive to see such a big bird gliding threw the skies as if it would be a small Cessna. Of course the fuel tanks were empty because the Airbus just made a short presentation flight for the audience in France. I hope I could see such a performance again someday. Which one do you like more? Write it in the comments. In addition to that please add which aircrafts I should compare next. You decide. A few weeks ago I asked which planes I should compare next and a few people came up with "B767vsA330". So here it is. I summed up some B767 and A330 footage and tried to compare these two epoch-making long haul jets with each other. The B767 had its inaugural flight in 1981 and the Airbus A330 in 1992. Until July 2013 Airbus delivered 1255 Airbus A330 of which almost 1000 are still in service. Boeing delivered 1055 Boeing 767s. I made this footage at various airports: Düsseldorf, Paris CDG, Amsterdam, Cologne and Liege. 1080p HD! On-board one of the four green giants Aer Lingus operates, A330-300, EI-EAV "St. Ronan" flight EI585 from Malaga up to Dublin. Absolutely beautiful aircraft, really nice interior and very roomy! Not to mention the perfect seat for great engine view and FANTASTIC sound! (TURN VOLUME UP!) This was my first ever flight with Aer Lingus and I was rather impressed, especially with the A330. Rows 9 & 10 are isolated from the rest of the cabin, just infront you have the separation between you & buisness class & behind is a galley and doorway. So its literally just those 2 rows together which is lovely if you're surrounded by quiet people. The flight was extremely busy! Hence the use of an A330 on the route during the summer months between May & October. FLIGHT DETAILS: Date: October 12th 2013 Aircraft: Airbus A330-302 Reg.: EI-EAV "St Ronan" Seat: 9A (perfect seat, no-one infront, lots of room and great engine view!) Engine Type: 2x GE CF6's Departure Time: 12:10 (actual 12:15 approx) Flight Duration: 2 hours 40mins (approx.) Cruising Alt: 38,000ft (FL380) Departure Runway: RWY13 Arrival Runway: RWY10 Route: AGP-DUB Great day out, especially for a ride on 1 of only 4 Aer Lingus A330-300's! Stunning views and sound during take off! Also a few other aircraft spotted while in the cruise, an Air France A320 over northern Spain and a Jet2 Holidays 737 over South West England (Devon) shortly before our descent. It was a fairly smooth flight with a few wobbles of turbulence over the atlantic to the west of Brittany (France) and over the UK. Check out the other flight videos taken this day on an EasyJet A319 from Luton to Malaga and a Ryanair 737 from Dublin to Luton! Thanks for watching! The Airbus A400 made an amazing performance at the Paris Air Show a few months ago. It was impressive to watch the pilots performing these strange manoevers. This is the last "vertical" Take-off video I was able to film in Paris and I really hope I can see these interestaing performances again in Berlin next year. The Airbus A 400 is a military plane by the copmany "Airbus Military". The main reason to produce this new military transport plane was to replace the aging Military planes like the C-160 Transall. On August the 1st 2013 Airbus delivered the first A-400 to the French Air Force Thanks for watching, I hope you liked it and please don` t forget to rate.
