Insane Legendary Difficulty (much, much harder than Legendary):

Greetings everyone, this is an our take on making XCOM2 even more difficult (I think we now have reached the upper limit of difficulty!). If you have finished a legendary run already and if you are looking for even more challenges, this might be the right place for you.
After successfully completing the LEGENDARY++ difficulty, which from the pure numbers it is 2 difficulty settings above the legendary game setting, we needed more - much more!
Therefore, let me introduce
INSANE difficulty (which is probably LEGENDARY ++++) so four difficulty levels above the classic LEGENDARY difficulty.
For this run following parameters were used:
Difficulty: INSANE (LEGENDARY++++)

a) Difficulty increase:

- DoubleEnemySquad (doubles the number of all aliens in every pod with the exception of the pod leader), overall that changes the average mision from 8 aliens to 15-16 aliens

Muton Centurion (new unit, which is even tougher than the mutons)
- Muton Demolisher (new grenade-based unit, which is way stronger than the normal muton)

ADVENT PSI Ops (new unit, which is utilizing psi much more, much tougher than the normal Advents)

Elite Viper (new unit, which is presenting a viper, which is effectively threatening until the engame. Improved poison, grabs, aim and other abilities)
- Additional DarkEvents (ever wanted 5 sectopods per mission as an add-on, or did you want to give all enemies +health +hit and immunities, then this mod is for you)
- No
Mimic Beacons (because yeah - lets just make it a bit more difficult)
- No adjustments on timers, squat-size, equipment, stats, you just have to deal with it :) (aka
Aliens will get all the buffs,
XCOM stays exaclty the same)

If you enjoy really really hard missions, this will be the right playlist for you. Lots and lots of enforced, hard, tough decisions and a high learning curve as well.
