Daniel G. "Danny" Pino (born April 15, 1974) is a American actor. In 2002 he appeared in London's West End in the theatre play called Up for Grabs with Madonna. In May 2003, Pino played Desi Arnaz in a CBS special on the life of Lucille Ball, Lucy: The Lucille Ball Story. Pino was born in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Miami Coral Park High School in 1992 and from Florida International University in 1996, where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He also attended New York University's Graduate Acting Program at the Tisch School of the Arts, graduating in 2000. Danny Pino currently stars as Detective Nick Amaro in the long-running NBC legal drama, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Pino is known for his critically acclaimed performance as Mexican druglord and serial rapist Armadillo Quintero on FX's The Shield. He has also appeared in The Lost City and Flicka which featured Tim McGraw. Pino also starred in the hit CBS series Cold Case as Detective Scotty Valens. It was announced on June 27, 2011 that Pino would join the cast of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit for its thirteenth season along with Chase actress Kelli Giddish coinciding with the departing Christopher Meloni. Pino's role on SVU is NYPD Detective Nick Amaro, a detective transferring from the narcotics sqaud to the special victims unit.

Kelli Giddish (born April 13, 1980) is an American television, stage, and film actress. She is known for her role as Diana Henry on the ABC's daytime drama All My Children (2005-2007). She is also known for her leading roles in the short-lived TV series Past Life (2010) and Chase (2010-2011). Giddish currently stars in the NBC legal drama, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Detective Amanda Rollins.

Born in Cumming, Georgia, she joined the cast of All My Children in March 2005, creating the role of Di Henry.

Giddish graduated with honors from the University of Evansville in Indiana where she majored in Theatre Performance. After graduating, she decided to move to New York City to pursue her acting career.

In July 2007, it was confirmed by Soap Opera Weekly magazine that Giddish and All My Children parted ways in a mutual decision and that she would make her final appearance as Di on September 19, 2007.

The daughter of actress Jayne Mansfield and actor/bodybuilder Mickey Hargitay, Hargitay is a former beauty queen who made her film debut in the 1985 horror-comedy film Ghoulies, and her major television debut in the 1986 adventure drama series Downtown. She appeared in numerous roles in film and television shows throughout the late 1980s and 1990s before being cast as Olivia Benson, a role that led to her founding the Joyful Heart Foundation, which provides support to women who have been sexually abused.

Hargitay was born at St. John's Hospital in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of actress and 1950s-era sex symbol Jayne Mansfield. Her father was the Hungarian-born former Mr. Universe Mickey Hargitay. Her first and middle names are Hungarian and refer to Mary Magdalene (Mariska is a diminutive of Mary). Her family name means "of Hargita". Hargitay was raised Roman Catholic. She has two older brothers.
