Sluban Land Forces K9 Tank LEGO Tank Wars Review This is set # M38-B9800 This is a very cool Sluban set, which many people believe is a slightly lacking knockoff of a really nice Oxford set. Either way, this set is well worth getting, and although when side by side with the Oxford K9 Thunder 155 mm self-propelled Howitzer, this K9 is both smaller and less detailed, this is still a must have set if you're building a LEGO armor force. This set went together perfectly, and if you've had trouble with any of the Sluban sets in the past, it now appears that Sluban has fixed their previous shortcomings. This set was as good as any of the non-LEGO sets out there, and in the near future, you will probably find that there will be no difference in quality between LEGO, Cobi, MegaBloks, Enlighten, Woma, Star Diamond, BricTek, and of course Sluban. And since quality of both brick and design, was the only real benefit of buying a LEGO set, over one of the other brick sets out there, it is very possibly that LEGO may soon be dethroned as the leader of the brick world. And although that statement may upset many of the LEGO fan boys out there, it's the LEGO fan boys who will be bringing this into reality by blindly cheering for LEGO rather than holding LEGO responsible for its ever-growing list of shortcomings.
