Champagne Drouilly L.V. - Oeil de Perdrix NV - Brut Extra Dry
Quite pale rosé colour with a fine creamy mousseux. Elegant nose with floral hints, rose petal, raspberry, red currants and fresh butter. The palate is harmonious and juicy with attractive red fruit, still youthful but balanced with a fresh backbone, a creamy finish, sweet red fruit and quite long persistency.
Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.

Champagne Drouilly L.V. - T NV - Brut
Light golden colour with a fine creaminess. Good purity on the nose, still youthful with pale stone fruit, citrus, some nuttiness and floral hints. The palate is medium bodied with a fresh bite and creamy backbone, good layers and nuance, elegant fruit and a rather long crisp finish.

Champagne Drouilly L.V - Tradition NV - Brut
Light straw colour or medium intense straw colour, I would say. Still appearing fairly youthful with a green tinge and medium sized bubbles. Quite intense nose here, rather vinous I would say. Some hints of the lees, floral, some white flower and then a hint of butter brioche. Quite ripe fruit, more towards yellow fruit; like peach, apricot, ripe citrus. Palate is medium-bodied. Quite good grip. It appears fairly dry, not too high in terms of dosage. Good level of acidity. I think the mousse is well integrated. Medium intense in terms of creaminess. Quite persistent on the finish. I think this is nicely rounded off and mellow. Not too youthful, not with a lot of maturity, but rather with good drinkability today.

Champagne Drouilly L.V - Oeil de Perdrix NV - Extra Dry Rosé
Light golden colour, quite intense mousse. Rather youthful and large bubbles. Generous nose. Quite intense here with some evolution. There is fresh butter here, then rather yellow fruit, some pineapple, ripe citrus. Also more of those creamy notes like butterscotch, vanilla. I don't know if oak is involved, there might be a small touch of it somewhere. The palate is generous, a bit more than medium-bodied. Quite creamy and lush with a moderate dosage. Balanced acidity it is giving a slightly tropical sensation on the palate. Not overtly so, but still slightly ripe fruit, yellow fruit. There is a hint of nuttiness and some phenolic compounds on the finish. So creamy, lush, with a rather long finish. More I would say Chardonnay dominated, grower style with a good drinkability today.
