KZJF (104.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a classic hits format. Licensed to Jefferson City, Missouri, USA, the station is currently owned by Cumulus Media.
The station was assigned the call letters KBQF on 1999-10-29. On 2000-05-19, the station changed its call sign to KJCQ, on 2001-11-16 to KLIK-FM, on 2003-07-21 to KBBM, on 2003-09-12 to KJMO, and on 2006-07-12 to the current KZJF.
On October 5, 2013, KZJF changed formats from Country as Jeff 104.1 to Sports Talk as 104.1 The Fan in a process of moving the format from the stronger signal of KBBM on 100.1. The format switch was completed 2 days later when 100.1 joined Cumulus Media's nationwide country branding as "Nash FM 100.1" after stunting for a day with Christmas music as "Santa 100.1".
KZJF was affiliated with "CBS Sports Radio" and, with the exception of a local program "The Closers" that was also simulcasted on KFRU (1400) Columbia, aired the entire lineup. KZJF is also the mid-Missouri affiliate of the Kansas City Royals and carries most national sporting events from Westwood One, including primetime and national NFL football broadcasts, its playoffs and Super Bowl, and the NCAA men's basketball tournament.
