Jason High (born October 12, 1981 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American mixed martial artist. High has competed for organizations such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Strikeforce, Affliction, and DREAM. He currently trains at Team Bodyshop, alongside Antonio McKee, Mario Rinaldi, and Bob Sapp.

Jason High made his Affliction debut losing to Jay Hieron at the Day of Reckoning card. High was knocked unconscious by one of Hieron's punches.

High later entered DREAM's welterweight grand prix. In the opening round of the tournament on April 5, 2009, he faced Yuya Shirai. High defeated Shirai quickly in the first round by rear naked choke. In the next round, at Dream 10, he upset Brazilian André Galvão by decision. He faced Marius Zaromskis in the finals, but was knocked out in the first round of the match.

High later signed with the UFC and made his debut against Charlie Brenneman on the preliminary card of UFC Fight Night: Florian vs. Gomi, losing via unanimous decision. After the loss to Brenneman, High was released from the organization despite just one fight.

Rafael Souza dos Anjos (Portuguese pronunciation: [ʁafaˈew duz ˈɐ̃ʒus]; born October 26, 1984) is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist. Dos Anjos trains out of Evolve MMA in Brazil and Singapore and is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Aldo "Caveirinha" Januario de Olivera. He is also well-versed in Muay Thai under the tutelage of the team at Evolve MMA under Kru Chatri Sityodtong.

He made his UFC debut at UFC 91, losing to lightweight contender, Jeremy Stephens. The fight was stopped in the third round after a vicious uppercut knocked out dos Anjos.

After suffering defeat to Stephens, dos Anjos was given Tyson Griffin at UFC Fight Night 18. The fight was a back and forth battle that showed heart, skill, determination, thoughtfulness, caring and technique from both fighters but ended in a decision loss for dos Anjos. The bout was awarded Fight of the Night honors.

He was scheduled to fight Matt Wiman on September 19, 2009 at UFC 103, but due to a knee injury suffered by Wiman, he instead faced Rob Emerson. Dos Anjos got the much-needed win by unanimous decision.

Ariel Helwani is an award-winning Canadian mixed martial arts journalist.

Helwani, who has been covering MMA professionally since 2006, was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He grew up in a Jewish family in the Town of Mount Royal and Westmount and attended the Akiva School and Herzliah High School. In 2004, he graduated from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He works for MMAFighting.com (SB Nation) and NBC Sports, and he serves as an "MMA Insider" for Fuel TV's weekly "UFC Tonight" show and other pre and post-event programming. He is the former co-host of the Sirius XM radio show "Fight Club", and is currently the host of "The MMA Hour" podcast.

Helwani's mother is from Lebanon and his father is from Egypt. Helwani currently lives with his wife Jaclyn Stein in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City.

Helwani was awarded MMA Journalist of the Year at the 2010 and 2011 World MMA Awards.

In 2011, FIGHT! Magazine named him as one of their "Power 20", a list of the "most significant power players, movers, shakers, ambassadors, and game-changers in MMA," describing him as "the Howard Cosell of MMA".

Erick Silva (born June 21, 1984) is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist who competes in the welterweight division. A professional MMA competitor since 2005, Silva has spent the majority of his career in Brazil, mostly notably for Jungle Fight where he was the inaugural Welterweight champion.

Silva comes from Vila Velha, Brazil and was an X-Gym training partner for the likes of Anderson Silva, Rafael Feijao and Jacare Souza. He also trains with Team Nogueira and Pro Fight.

Silva joined Jungle Fight, appearing at Jungle Fight 9 against Carlos Eduardo dos Santos. In the third and final round, Silva defeated dos Santos via rear naked choke.

At Jungle Fight 11, he defeated Igor Fernandes via unanimous decision. Silva followed that up with two further victories in the promotion.

Silva then competed in one of the more unique fights in his career, at Jungle Fight 17, which was held outdoors. On the day of the event, the weather was clear throughout, until less than an hour before the start, when rain began to fall and never stopped. The event, which went down as one of the wettest in MMA history was not a successful one for Silva who hit his downed opponent with a knee, resulting in a no contest verdict.

Quinn Patrick Mulhern (born September 20, 1984) is an American mixed martial artist who currently is fighting out of Santa Fe, New Mexico with Santa Fe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Mulhern is a welterweight fighter currently fighting for Strikeforce. He holds notable wins over the likes of Rich Clementi, and Chris Brennan.

Mulhern got his start into mixed martial arts when he began training jiu-jitsu as a teenager. In 2007, Mulhern made his professional debut at a Gladiator Challenge event. He fought and defeated Randy Blackwell midway through the first round via submission. His next two fights were both under the King of the Cage banner, both fight were wins for Mulhern, one submission and one close split decision.

After earning a record of 7-0, Mulhern took on the much more experienced, Chris Brennan. Mulhern dominated the fight and won via first round submission using the rare omoplata maneuver. The win earned him a title fight against current UFC fighter, Mike Guymon. The fight was back and forth but late in the fourth round, Guymon defeated Mulhern via TKO, retaining his title.
