WHAT THE MOORISH NATION FAIL TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT LAW 1
The Moors are Blind to many aspects of Law, although they have understood some concepts, many are in Delusion of having something more then the Constitution offers them like other Black Americans. SOMEHOW THEY are very Delusional About a Treaty, which really is in Conflict with their very own Constitutionality. Since the Treaty was Prior to Dred Scott. AND since Moors, who claim to know so much about Jurisdiction, BUT YET CANNOT COMPREHEND, THAT NOT BEING OF THE 13 COLONIES MEANT THEY HAD NO JURISDICTION. THEREFORE NO LAW THAT MADE THEM OTHER THEN SUBJECTS WITH A TREATY. WHICH HAD NO MORE SIGNIFICANCE THEN THE NATIVE TREATIES, PRIOR TO 1866. IN 1866 BLACKS BECAME A JUDAIC NATIONAL NATION WITH CONTRACTUAL ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS, OF NONCONSENT JURISDICTION AUTOMATED AND REINFORCE BY SURPEME CONTRACT IN 1868. THUS THE TREATIES OF 1866 ARE LEGAL TREATIES WITH THE JURISDICTIVE LEGALITY. OF BLACKS PROTECTING NATIVE LANDS, AS BLACK NATIVES WITH FULL NATIVE NATION RIGHTS. TO GO ALONG WITH THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL JURISDICTIVE SUPREME LEGAL CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS OF NONCONSENT JURISDICTION.- published: 03 Sep 2013

Successful Drug Smuggling Methods: Banking, Money & Finance in Central America Day 2 Part 2 (1988)
Successful Drug Smuggling Methods: Banking, Money & Finance in Central America Day 2 Part 2 (1988)
Noriega strengthened his position as de facto ruler in August 1983 by promoting himself to full general. Noriega, being paid by the CIA, extended new rights to the United States, and, despite the canal treaties, allowed the U.S. to set up listening posts in Panama. He aided the American-backed guerrillas in Nicaragua by acting as a conduit for U.S. money and, according to some accounts, weapons. However, Noriega insists that his policy during this period was essentially neutral, allowing partisans on both sides of the various conflicts free movement in Panama, as long as they did not attempt to use Panama as a base of military operations. He rebuffed requests by Salvadoran rightist Roberto D'Aubuisson to restrict the movements of leaders of the leftist Salvadoran insurgent Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front in Panama, and likewise rebuffed demands by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North of the United States Marine Corps that he provide military assistance to the Nicaraguan Contras. Noriega insists that his refusal to meet North's demands was the actual basis for the U.S. campaign to oust him. In October 1984, Noriega allowed the first presidential elections in 16 years. When the initial results showed former president Arnulfo Arias on his way to a landslide victory, Noriega halted the count. After brazenly manipulating the results, the government announced that the PRD's candidate, Nicolás Ardito Barletta Vallarino, had won by a slim margin of 1,713 votes. Independent estimates suggested that Arias would have won by as many as 50,000 votes had the election been conducted fairly.[8] About this time, Hugo Spadafora, a vocal critic of Noriega who had been living abroad, accused Noriega of having connections to drug trafficking and announced his intent to return to Panama to oppose him. He was seized from a bus by a death squad at the Costa Rican border. Later, his decapitated body was found, showing signs of extreme torture, wrapped in a United States Postal Service mailing bag. His family and other groups called for an investigation into his murder, but Noriega stonewalled any attempts at an investigation. Noriega was in Paris at the time of the murder, which was alleged by some to have been at the direction of his Chiriquí Province commander, Luis Córdoba.[8] A conversation captured on wiretap between Noriega (in Paris) and Córdoba included the exchange: Córdoba: "We have the rabid dog." Noriega: "And what does one do with a dog that has rabies?"[8] President Barletta was visiting New York City at the time. A reporter asked him about the Spadafora matter, and he promised an investigation. Upon his return to Panama, he was summoned to FDP headquarters and told to resign. He was replaced by First Vice President Eric Arturo Delvalle. As a friend and former student of George Shultz, Barletta had been considered "sacrosanct" by the United States, and his dismissal signaled a marked downturn in the relations between the U.S. and Noriega.[8] Herrera, a former member of Noriega's inner circle, told Panama's main opposition newspaper, La Prensa, that Noriega was behind Spadafora's murder, and many other killings and disappearances as well. This resulted in an immediate outcry from the public. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manuel_Noriega- published: 19 Oct 2013

Gibraltar Conflict: The Fight Between United Kingdom and Spain Since 1704 Until Today [igeoVision]
Contribute to the Project: http://igeo.tv/contribuye-al-proyecto/ Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory, near the southernmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula, which is the subject of a disputed irredentist claim by Spain. Gibraltar was captured in 1704, during the War of the Spanish Succession (1701--1714). The Kingdom of Castile formally ceded the territory in perpetuity to the British Crown in 1713, under Article X of the Treaty of Utrecht. This was confirmed in later treaties signed in Paris and Seville. Spain later attempted to recapture the territory by force during the thirteenth siege (1727) and the Great siege (1779-1783), and reclamation of the territory by peaceful means remains its government's policy. The Gibraltarians themselves reject any such claim and no political party or pressure group in Gibraltar supports union with Spain. In a referendum in 2002 the people of Gibraltar soundly rejected a joint sovereignty proposal on which Spain and the United Kingdom were said to have reached "broad agreement". The British Government has stated that it would never "enter into an agreement on sovereignty without the agreement of the Government of Gibraltar and their people". In 2000, a political declaration of unity was signed by all living present and past members of the Gibraltar Parliament. "In essence the declaration stated that the people of Gibraltar will never compromise, give up or trade their sovereignty or their right to self-determination; that Gibraltar wants good, neighbourly, European relations with Spain; and that Gibraltar belongs to the people of Gibraltar and is neither Spain's to claim or Britain's to give away." The territorial claim was formally reasserted by the Spanish dictator Francisco Franco in the 1960s and has been continued by successive Spanish governments. They have insisted that the Gibraltar dispute is a purely bilateral matter between the United Kingdom and Spain, and that the current Gibraltarians are mere settlers whose role and will are irrelevant. This principle appears to have been reflected in the United Nations resolutions on the decolonisation of Gibraltar in the 1960s, which focused on the "interests" and not the "wishes" of the Gibraltarians. Speaking to the UN C24 in 2006, the Chief Minister of Gibraltar, Peter Caruana, stated: "It is well known and documented and accepted by all that, since 1988, Gibraltar has rejected the bilateral Brussels Process, and will never be content with it." Gibraltarians argue that one cannot claim to be acting in the "interests" of a population, while at the same time ignoring its wishes and democratic rights. In 2002 an agreement in principle on joint sovereignty over Gibraltar between the governments of the United Kingdom and Spain was announced. There was a robust campaign against these proposals by the Government of Gibraltar and individuals, culminating in their decisive rejection in a referendum. The British Government now refuses to discuss sovereignty without the consent of the Gibraltarians. With the election of a moderate left-wing government in Spain (2004), a new Spanish position was adopted and, in December 2005, the governments of the UK, Spain and Gibraltar agreed to set up "a new, trilateral process of dialogue outside the Brussels Process" with equal participation by the three parties, any decisions or agreements to be agreed by all three. This was ratified by the 2006 Cordoba Agreement. After meetings in Malaga (Spain), Faro (Portugal), and Mallorca (Spain), the Spanish foreign minister Miguel Ángel Moratinos went to Gibraltar in July 2009 to discuss a range of mutual issues. This was the first official Spanish visit since Gibraltar was ceded. The issue of sovereignty was deliberately not discussed Watch Related Video Execution by Mortar: Death Penalty in North Korea (Human Rights): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmUTxfXcLQU http://igeo.tv/ Igeo TV en español: ver videos, agencia de noticias y venta de metraje en: http://www.youtube.com/user/igeotv- published: 05 Dec 2013
