"The Look" is a song by the Swedish rock duo Roxette, released as the second single in early 1989 from their second studio album, Look Sharp! (1988). The song became Roxette's international "breakthrough" single, finally exposing the duo to music consumers outside of the duo's native Sweden and Europe after more than one attempt. It topped the U.S. singles chart in 1989 becoming their first U.S. #1 success and scored #7 on the UK Singles Chart. The song also topped the charts in 24 other countries. This song is also known as "She's Got the Look"
While still unknown outside of Sweden, Roxette released their second album Look Sharp! With the success of the first two singles from the album, they toured Sweden again. When "The Look" was about to be released in Sweden as the third single, an American exchange student named Dean Cushman returned from Sweden and urged radio station, KDWB in Minneapolis, to play "The Look". From there, "The Look" spread on cassette copies to other radio stations.

This is an Interview with Paul Gorman, by the Veterans History Project. The topic of the interview was my U.S. Army Service during the Vietnam War, for which I provided support for, as an Electronics Technician, from my base in Thailand (January1975 - February 1976)! To paraphrase the TV show "Law and Order", "These are my stories...." This video will be sent to the Library of Congress, for future scholars to look at , probably 25-30 years from now, they tell me... I hope you enjoy my interview!

FORM's Goods Shed Creative Learning Program Experts In Residence Paul Collard and Paul Gorman on the use of creativity in preparing young people for life and work in an increasingly uncertain and rapidly changing world.
"To participate in God's life is to participate in God's mission" I sat down with Michael J. Gorman, the Raymond E. Brown Professor of Biblical Studies and Theology at St. Mary’s Seminary & University in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. In the interview we discuss participation, theosis ("transformative participation in the life of God"), and mission in the work of Paul. We explore the potential of the concept of Shalom in the work of reconciliation. I ask about potential synergy between Prof Gorman's work on theosis and participation and christification in non-Western christologies. We also talk about his book on Revelation (and his work to redeem the book from tracts and baggage), and his future project on mission and enemy love in the Johannine literature. "Cruciform-shaped living is God-s...
Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you would know that Australian bands get very little commercial media coverage. On this episode we try to get to the root of the problem. Paul O'Gorman, who many of you will remember from back in the day when he was a singer/songwriter, is now a music lawyer, and we got some very good tips from him about how to set your band up. Also, Soozie was out and about and managed to grab John Prior, drummer from Matt Finish, who is heading the charge for musician's rights. Our studio audience all agreed this was an enlightening episode. We also featured new songs from Gary Hammond and Kelly Auty.
