During a recent journey to Papua New Guinea, Kemp stumbled across a group of militia while searching for a local general. While the gunmen he finds are initially friendly and offer him food and some form of cigarette, they quickly turn confrontational and demand that Kemp get on his knees. "They're going, 'get down on your hands and knees, get down on your hands and knees.' Now, you know at that point, you're going to become a victim," Kemp says. Rather than submit to victimhood, Kemp proceeds to grab the barrels of whatever gun is pointed at him and insist repeatedly that he is not going to be killed that day by them or anyone else. "Are you going to kill me?" he asks. "No one's going to f***ing kill me." Out of respect for this ballsy move, Kemp suggest, his would be killers were moved to back down.

Egypt's Interior Ministry said the attack was carried out by masked men riding two motorcycles on a police checkpoint in the el-Wassta district in the southern province of Bani Suef, according to Reuters and the Washington Post. Reuters quoted from a ministry statement which said that the gunmen "opened fire heavily on the forces at the checkpoint". There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack. Scores of policemen and soldiers have been killed in bombing and shootings since Islamist President Mohamed Mursi was deposed by the army last July. Kenya Massacre: Video Shows Gunmen In Mall, Four heavily-armed gunmen are seen searching rooms during the attack which killed at least 67 people. A video has emerged showing four of the gunmen involved in the massacre at a shopping centre in Nairobi, Kenya. The footage shows four heavily-armed attackers walking through a storeroom in the mall, and searching other adjacent rooms. It is understood that the CCTV pictures captured the gunmen mid-way through the assault - as many of the victims remained trapped inside Westgate Mall. The video has surfaced after a government official revealed that security cameras showed there may have been fewer gunmen than originally thought. Kenya's government initially said 10 to 15 attackers were involved in the assault, which left at least 67 people dead. However, the official now believes only four people took part in the protracted siege. Dozens of youths have been detained in the Majengo slum area of Nairobi in recent days in police efforts to track down the mall attackers. Al Shabaab has said it carried out the attack in retaliation for Kenya sending troops into Somalia nearly two years ago. The group has promised more attacks inside Kenya unless those troops are withdrawn. Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has vowed to continue the military mission inside Somalia despite the mall attack. Mr Kenyatta ordered a commission of inquiry into the attack. The Red Cross says a further 39 people are still unaccounted for. SkyNews

Actor and journalist Ross Kemp is not only an award-winning performer and investigative reporter, he's also a badass.
During a recent journey to Papua New Guinea, Kemp stumbled across a group of militia while searching for a local general. While the gunmen he finds are initially friendly and offer him food and some form of cigarette, they quickly turn confrontational and demand that Kemp get on his knees.
"They're going, 'get down on your hands and knees, get down on your hands and knees.' Now, you know at that point, you're going to become a victim," Kemp says.
Rather than submit to victimhood, Kemp proceeds to grab the barrels of whatever gun is pointed at him and insist repeatedly that he is not going to be killed that day by them or anyone else.
"Are you going to kill me?" he asks. "No one's going to f***ing kill me."
Out of respect for this ballsy move, Kemp suggest, his would be killers were moved to back down.

Egypt's Interior Ministry said the attack was carried out by masked men riding two motorcycles on a police checkpoint in the el-Wassta district in the southern province of Bani Suef, according to Reuters and the Washington Post.
Reuters quoted from a ministry statement which said that the gunmen "opened fire heavily on the forces at the checkpoint".
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
Scores of policemen and soldiers have been killed in bombing and shootings since Islamist President Mohamed Mursi was deposed by the army last July. The Egyptian government has declared itself to be in a "war on terror" against Mursi's Muslim Brotherhood, which was declared a terrorist group on December 25.

Four heavily-armed gunmen are seen searching rooms during the attack which killed at least 67 people.
A video has emerged showing four of the gunmen involved in the massacre at a shopping centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
The footage shows four heavily-armed attackers walking through a storeroom in the mall, and searching other adjacent rooms.
It is understood that the CCTV pictures captured the gunmen mid-way through the assault - as many of the victims remained trapped inside Westgate Mall.
The video has surfaced after a government official revealed that security cameras showed there may have been fewer gunmen than originally thought.
Kenya's government initially said 10 to 15 attackers were involved in the assault, which left at least 67 people dead.
However, the official now believes only four people took part in the protracted siege.
Dozens of youths have been detained in the Majengo slum area of Nairobi in recent days in police efforts to track down the mall attackers.
Al Shabaab has said it carried out the attack in retaliation for Kenya sending troops into Somalia nearly two years ago.
The group has promised more attacks inside Kenya unless those troops are withdrawn.
Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has vowed to continue the military mission inside Somalia despite the mall attack.
Mr Kenyatta ordered a commission of inquiry into the attack. The Red Cross says a further 39 people are still unaccounted for.

Ross James Belshaw Kemp (born 21 July 1964) is a BAFTA award-winning English actor, author and journalist, who rose to prominence in the role of Grant Mitchell in the BBC soap opera, EastEnders. Since 2006, Kemp has received international recognition as an investigative journalist for his critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary series Ross Kemp on Gangs.
Before becoming publicly known, Kemp made a TV commercial for Kellogg's Fruit 'n Fibre breakfast cereal. His first credited television appearance was in 1986, playing Graham Lodsworth in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale Farm (now Emmerdale). He was infamously thrown off set of Emmerdale after reportedly stubbing his toe on a prop and proceeding to violently attack the prop and claim that all props should be 'burnt alive' . He then ironically made guest appearances in episodes of London's Burning where he was seen throwing numerous props into the on-set fire, and Birds of a Feather. He was in a film called Playing Away in 1986 in a minor role alongside Neil Morrissey.

Introduced as a mysterious radio narrator by David Chrisman, William Sweets and Harry Engman Charlot for Street and Smith Publications, The Shadow was fully developed and transformed into a pop culture icon by pulp writer Walter B. Gibson.
The Shadow debuted on July 31, 1930, as the mysterious narrator of the Street and Smith radio program Detective Story Hour. After gaining popularity among the show's listeners, the narrator became the star of The Shadow Magazine on April 1, 1931, a pulp series created and primarily written by the prolific Gibson.
