Em 24 de janeiro de 2013, ele foi ouvido claramente por sua legião de fãs: - Comando 135 iniciado - O sinal de rádio que ocupa 4.625 kHz teria sido transmitindo desde o final da década de 1970. O mais antigo registro conhecido do que é datado de 1982. Desde proprietários curiosos de rádios de ondas curtas descoberto pela primeira vez o sinal, ele tem transmitido um zumbido repetição. Todos os anos, a campainha pára, e uma voz russo lê uma mistura de números e nomes russos. É fácil ignorar o sinal como pré-gravada, ou um tom de looping. Desde outubro de 2010, a estação mudou localização. A enxurrada de atividades e mensagens de voz precedeu o desenvolvimento mais importante no sinal, uma vez que começou a transmitir em 1970. Parece provável que a atividade aumentada de 2010 estava relacionada com o estabelecimento do sinal de uma nova localização. O novo sinal de chamada foi lida após a mudança: "MDZhB". I compared the picture of a 15 khz tube monitor (Sony tv) and a 50 khz LCD pc monitor (LG L227WT). The difference between the two monitor types is huge. The picture on the LCD monitor is flat, pixelated and without any live. The picture on the tube tv set is the opposite. It has depth, contrast and is colorful. I used here an ATI 5450 graphic card, which gives a real good picture on a tube monitor and you can even run 15 khz and 50khz at same time with it. This card costs only 25€. Its a good choise for 15 khz and works very well with A GNU/LINUX ARCADE DISTRIBUTION. Just connect the DVI Port via a VGA2SCART cable to the tube monitor and the vga port to the LCD monitor. Choose the second option at boot menu (15 khz DVI-0/VGA-0 x-v2). The hertz (symbol Hz) is the SI unit of frequency defined as the number of cycles per second of a periodic phenomenon. One of its most common uses is the description of the sine wave, particularly those used in radio and audio applications. The word "hertz" is named for Heinrich Rudolf Hertz, who was the first to conclusively prove the existence of electromagnetic waves.
The hertz is equivalent to cycles per second. In defining the second, the CIPM declared that "the standard to be employed is the transition between the hyperfine levels F = 4, M = 0 and F = 3, M = 0 of the ground state 2S1/2 of the cesium 133 atom, unperturbed by external fields, and that the frequency of this transition is assigned the value 9 192 631 770 hertz" thereby effectively defining the hertz and the second simultaneously.
In English, hertz is used as a plural. As an SI unit, Hz can be prefixed; commonly used multiples are kHz (kilohertz, 103 Hz), MHz (megahertz, 106 Hz), GHz (gigahertz, 109 Hz) and THz (terahertz, 1012 Hz). One hertz simply means "one cycle per second" (typically that which is being counted is a complete cycle); 100 Hz means "one hundred cycles per second", and so on. The unit may be applied to any periodic event—for example, a clock might be said to tick at 1 Hz, or a human heart might be said to beat at 1.2 Hz. The "frequency" (activity) of aperiodic or stochastic events, such as radioactive decay, is expressed in becquerels.
