They were on the verge of closing the game with a win against one of the tops teams in the NFL. But when it came down to closing the deal we let the game slip away. Smh. That's how it is in LIFE sometimes. We continue to strive to newer heights, we are getting better & better, then we get to a point in our LIFE where we get complacent. Easily satisfied. 22 Dallas: how have you been Joe? Joe: great, and you? Dallas: tired, Dianna decided this week she didn't want to sleep in her bed, she wanted to sleep in our bed and it's been a nightmare. Joe: well if you like we can take the kids tonight? If you want to catch up on sleep and have a night out with Kevin. Demi: oh yah, Dallas that would be so much fun, we could take the kids to the park and they'd have so much fun. Dallas: really? You guys wouldn't mind? Joe: course not, I wouldn't have offered if I didn't want them, beside it will be practise for me and Demi for whenever we have kids I smiled widely and looked at him as he was smiling too. Dallas: ok I'll run home and get there stuff let them say bye to their dad and I'll be back at 7. Demi: Ok, See you soon Dal. I smiled and waved Dallas off. Joe walked into the kitchen to put the dinner he'd gotten into the oven to keep it warm for when the kids came back, I smiled and walked after him. He turned to look at me as I jumped up on the counter and looked back at him smiling. Joe: what? He asked though a chuckle. Demi: did you mean what you said? Joe: I said a lot of things beautiful you're going to have to be a little more descriptive! Demi: about us getting in practise. Joe: oh that thing. Demi: yes that thing, did you mean it? Joe: course I did Demi. I smiled as he walked over to me and leaned in-between my legs, I smiled and wrapped my arms around Joe's waist. Joe: someday in the future I wanna get married to you and have kids, and be a happy family. Demi: I love you Joe so much! Joe: I love you too. I guess that means you'd want that too. Demi: more than anything. I smiled and kissed Joe as he kissed back he picked my up from the counter holding me up but I pulled back and looked at him as he sighed. Demi: as much as I'd like to continue I don't want my niece and nephew to see this. Joe: you're right! Joe let me down and kissed me one more time before walking into the sitting room, and I followed we watched some programme for a while until the doorbell rang, Joe went to get it and came back with Dallas who was holding Dianna and Joe had Keelan. Dallas: I gotta go, reservations for half past, Kevin was delighted. Thank you Demi, and you too Joe. Demi: No problems now go have fun! Dallas: I will bye; bye babies' mommy will see you tomorrow. Glad you're commenting! -- Demi sighed wolfing down her two slices of dry toast...butter too fatty for her liking. She looked at herself in the mirror that she now had resting on the table, smirking when she noticed their definitely was an improvement to her bundles around her stomach since the choice awards. She'd dieted since then and she hoped that now maybe Joe would show more interest in her...hopefully. "I'm here" Dallas called out walking further into the house cooing when she spotted Nyah sitting in her high chair, picking at all the fruit that Demi had chopped up and scattered across the table before her high chair. "Hi Dallas...I don't think I'll be too long. Just a quick check-up and I'll be home" Demi assured standing up from the table leaving one of the slices of her dry toast still uneaten. "Dems...you Ok?" Dallas asked curiously. "Mhmm" "You sure...cause you look a little thinner to me" Dallas whispered, worry clear in her voice. Images of her little sister in rehab, being severely anorexia flashing through her mind. "I'm fine Dallas" Demi tried to assure with a fake smile on her face. "Is this about Joe?" Dallas asked kindly, setting a hand on Demi's upper arm a small frown on her face. "Dallas it's not about Joe. Me and Joe are just find don't worry. I better get going or I'll be late" Demi muttered shrugging off Dallas' touch and she slowly leaned down by the high chair pecking her daughters lips. "Bye baby" Demi cooed kissing Nyah's tiny button nose. "Boy" Nyah cried out, confusing 'boy' with 'bye'. This just made Demi giggle, the innocence of her beautiful baby always making her feel better. "Love you" Demi whispered pecking Nyah's forehead before she rushed out of the room...always hating to leave her baby behind. -- Demi arrived to the timberline knolls entrance for her two year post stay check-up assessment. When she was hear she was so thin and pregnant. No one knew how her tiny body managed to be pregnant or even stay pregnant...but coming to this place basically it saved her and Nyah's life and she'll be forever thankful for it. Walking through those doors, those red double doors Demi suddenly felt uber guilty. She hadn't been eating right lately. She hadn't been taking care of herself correctly. She'd be dieting lots and exercising as much as possible and all her clothes had seemed to get very baggy. She knew she'd lost a lot of weight...she feared she might be below her line. Being above the line, having a certain amount of weight, was what got Demi out of treatment and the thoughts of being even a pound under that line...meant she'd be readmitted just til she'd gain the weight needed. Shed a baby now...she didn't want to be in rehab. Nyah deserved more than that and right about now, stepping onto the scales in only her panties, her usual doctor checking her weight before looking up at Demi with a sorrowful expression...did Demi feel like sobbing. She did all this over Joe. It wasn't Joe's fault. It was her being stupid... And now she was readmitted to rehab...now she'd have to tell everyone...she couldn't handle seeing their disappointed faces once again... -- Demi sighed and threw her small duffel bag over her shoulder before talking back out those red double doors after her five day stay in rehab, now above that line of weight she needed to be at. She bit down on the corner of her lip seeing Joe leaned against his car, a small smile on his face.
