Mitsuo Iso (磯 光雄, Iso Mitsuo) is a Japanese key animator, designer, anime screenwriter and director.
His work mainly includes key animation starting in the late 1980s.[1] Iso is known for his offbeat key animation in the prologue of Gundam 0080, large portions of Asuka's battle in The End of Evangelion and the first half of Ghost in the Shell's tank battle. He also did some design work and worked on visual effects for Blood: The Last Vampire and RahXephon. Iso has co-written an episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion ("Liliputian Hitcher") and wrote, directed, and largely animated the RahXephon episode "The Children's Night". He wrote and directed the 2007 TV series Dennō Coil.
Mitsuo Iso is known for his jerky yet detailed animation, full of dense sophisticated motion. He refers to his own style as "full limited" or "full 3-frame". In traditional animation, animation with a drawing count below one drawing every two frames (or "on twos") is considered limited animation. Working on threes and fours, Iso draws every keyframe without passing his work to an in-betweener, allowing him full control to create the most detailed motion possible with the fewest number of drawings, hence the term "full limited".[2][3]

Hiroyuki Okiura (沖浦啓之, Okiura Hiroyuki?, born October 13, 1966 in Katano, Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese animation director and animator.
Okiura, who entered the industry at the age of 16 with no academic background,[1] is known for his detailed effects animation in, for example, the chopper attack scene in Patlabor 2: The Movie, and more recently his highly realistic character animation in works such as the opening credits to Cowboy Bebop: The Movie and several Production I.G features. His debut work as a director, Jin Roh, completed in 1998, was the recipient of the Minami Toshiko Award at the 11th Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival in February 2000.[2]
Okiura's next written and directed feature film, A Letter to Momo, premiered at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival, about 11 years after his first film. It was in-development for seven years.

Yuriko Chiba (千羽 由利子, Chiba Yuriko?, born March 9, 1967 in Kumamoto Prefecture) is an animator and character designer.[1] She was one of the founders of Oriental Light and Magic and a former member of Studio Giants along with Naohito Takahashi.
