My Eden Shorts Entry!
I love filming nature whether it's beautiful flowers in a field, the view from a rocky hill, my reluctant subject Izzy the cat or even underwater. There's always something new to see and it feels special when you do. Just yesterday I went for a walk in the Lake District and saw two Roe Deer!

Caroline Tout was inspired to make "The Secret" by the passion shown by the film's contributor Dr. Sue Baker, who has gained an understanding of the incredible survival story of the Exmoor pony, from prehistoric times to the present day.
The Exmoor pony is a unique exception amongst British native pony breeds whose importance is not widely understood. Caroline's film celebrates this amazing animal.
‘The Secret’ was filmed at the Exmoor National Park in the summer of 2014 using a combination of a Canon 5DIII and a homemade hidden camera rig.

The Needle (1988 film)
Needle (Russian: Игла, translit. Igla) is a Soviet movie filmed in 1988. The main character, Moro, is played by the famous Soviet rock musician Viktor Tsoi.
Plot
The film follows the story of Moro, a drifter who tracks down a drug-dealer who had made his girlfriend into an addict. Moro has nowhere to live so Dina allows him to live in her house. Spartak owes Moro money so they meet in a cafe which Spartak refers to as "Parliament". Spartak is revealed to owe a large quantity of people money. Moro also finds that her boss is selling her drugs. In an attempt to save Dina, Moro takes her away to the Aral Sea, turned into a barren desert by the time they arrive. There Dina seems cured, but back in town everything starts anew. Almost desperate, Moro decides to fight the drug dealers, led by a hospital doctor (played by another rock 'n' roll star, eccentric leader of the "Sound of Mu" band and the future star of Taxi Blues, Pyotr Mamonov), when one of them stabs him in a deserted park.

Marqué par la perte d'un oeil dans son enfance et fasciné par le pouvoir de la caméra, un cinéaste obsédé par les théories du Russe Dziga Vertov décide de se faire implanter un oeil-caméra. Cette quête futuriste s'amorce sur une table d'opération où un chirurgien lui greffe le plus récent prototype d'implant oculaire. Dans le but de troquer son oeil artificiel en plastique contre une caméra microscopique qui lui permettra de filmer les gens à leur insu, il arpente les sphères de la haute technologie tout en revisitant des chapitres de son autobiographie. Yogi, son ours en peluche et fidèle compagnon de toujours, est complice de cette incroyable aventure.
SYNOPSYS
A filmmaker, fascinated by the power of the camera and obsessed with the theories of Russian film pioneer Dziga Vertov, decides to get a camera eye to replace the real eye he lost as a child. This visionary quest begins on the operating table where a surgeon grafts a prototype ocular implant into his eye socket. Seeking a microscopic camera that could be incorporated into his artificial eye so he could secretly film whatever he sees, the filmmaker explores the futuristic technology that could make this possible, while revisiting chapters of his own past. Yogi, his childhood teddy bear, accompanies him on this incredible adventure.

How will the next 20 years be dramatically different because of the big demographic, environmental and economic shifts? What do we -- as individuals, organisations and communities -- need to prepare ourselves for this race to the future?
There will be fewer formal jobs even in the mega corporations and more entrepreneurs tackling niche opportunities some of which will have global implications. We have to put the eco back into economy and understand that all our creativity needs to be focused on fixing the future to provide food and work for all.
Companies and governments will have to move rapidly (and ethically!) and with more consideration of an inclusive society -- otherwise we risk our global civilization collapsing as have all regional civilizations before us. How we manage this transition to a new way of being will define the 21st century for humanity.
How do you play your part in this rapidly changing future? What practical choices do you need to consider to both influence and shape the future? What role will you play in this race? Train, coach, run or just watch and pray!!
