LALITPUR. A cyclist was injured after a motorcycle hit him at Balkumari of Lalitpur in the wee hours of Sunday. The injured has been identified as Jwala Nandaraj Upadhyaya (33) of Balkot, Bhaktapur. KATHMANDU. Police on Saturday arrested three persons while they were illegally extracting sand from the Manahara River in Kathmandu.
