LALITPUR. A cyclist was injured after a motorcycle hit him at Balkumari of Lalitpur in the wee hours of Sunday. The injured has been identified as Jwala Nandaraj Upadhyaya (33) of Balkot, Bhaktapur. KATHMANDU. Police on Saturday arrested three persons while they were illegally extracting sand from the Manahara River in Kathmandu. Krishna Prajapati (31) from Lokanthali of Bhaktapur, Kuldhwaj Tamang (28) from Kavre and Sabin Moktan (22) from Makawanpur were loading the sand on a Mahindra Nissan minitruck (Ba 3 Kha 1145) while police busted them.
