John Charles "Charlie" Morgan (born 9 August 1955) is an English drummer, singer and percussionist.
Charlie Morgan was born in Hammersmith, London. He turned professional in 1973, at the age of 18.
By the mid-1980s, Charlie Morgan had become one of the top session drummers in the UK. In the 1980s he played on albums by artists including Elton John, Kate Bush, Roy Harper, Pete Townshend, Judie Tzuke, Clannad, Tracey Ullman, Gary Moore, Justin Hayward and Nik Kershaw. He was also the drummer in Gary Moore & Phil Lynott's video "Out in the Fields".
In 1985 his drumming work with Nik Kershaw attracted the attention of Elton John, who booked him to play on his Ice on Fire album. Later that year John invited him to play with his band at Live Aid. This was the start of a thirteen-year period of recording and touring with John.
Morgan co-wrote the theme music to the ITV TV series, The Bill, with bassist Andy Pask.
Eden Michael Hazard (French pronunciation: [edɛn azaʁ]; born 7 January 1991) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays for Chelsea and the Belgium national team. He primarily plays as an attacking midfielder and a winger. Hazard's creativity, speed, and technical ability are widely acknowledged. He has been described as "a superb passer" and has earned critical acclaim for his playing style, which has led to the media, coaches, and players drawing comparisons to FIFA Ballon d'Or winners Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Hazard is often ranked by coaches, colleagues, and commentators as one of the best players in the world.
Hazard is the son of former Belgian footballers and began his football career in Belgium playing for local clubs Royal Stade Brainois and Tubize. In 2005, he moved to France joining first division club Lille. Hazard spent two years in the club's academy and, at the age of 16, made his professional debut in November 2007. He went on to become an integral part of Lille under manager Rudi Garcia, racking up over 190 appearances. In his first full season as a starter, he won the National Union of Professional Footballers (UNFP) Young Player of the Year award becoming the first non-French player to win the award. In the 2009–10 season, Hazard captured the award again becoming the first player to win the award twice. He was also named to the league's Team of the Year.

Plot: Two rookie cops accidentally walk in on a gambling operation and arrest everyone there. And don't realize that several important people were there, one of whom is the mayor's mother. Because there was a lot of media coverage, they were promoted to detectives. And after the press no longer pay attention to them they are told that not only did they cause the mayor great embarassment but also ruined an operation. And in return for their efforts, they have been assigned to the 25th precinct or "two-five", which is were all of the department's screw ups are sent. All they have to wait for is another to take office. They also discover that the precinct's commander is weary of investigators being sent to check on him and not wanting to risk his pension he orders his men not to make any waves, which to do nothing. Feeling that they can't last there for long they try to come up with a way for the press to notice them and hopefully they can get the juice to get out of there.
