TERRORISTS ARE THOSE WHO DEVASTATE AND MILITARIZE THE TERRITORY
CALL FOR A DAY OF MOBILIZATION
There are approximately 600 people accused, over a thousand investigated, dozens of people under several restrictions (home confinement, expulsion order), fines for hundreds of thousands of euros, a trial against 53 No Tav protesters, and several comrades who have been under house arrest for months now. These numbers show the repressive fury against the No Tav movement. This August, the Prosecutor of Turin added yet another chapter to their crusade: No Tav rotesters were investigated for “actions aimed at a terroristic attack” for one of the many actions taken against the construction site of Chiomonte – and for this reason subject to restraining measures. With the speed of an avenging lightning bolt, as always happens when they are condemning a poor person or a subversive, a judge of the system, Paoloa Robinovich, is considering sentencing her to 10 years and a day to life in prison, accusing her of “aggravated robbery” (robo calificado) the hardest statue in the Chilean penal system, arguing that Tamara Sol is a danger to society. Society constructed so orderly on the aberrant inequality between a few immensely rich and the many immensely poor; a society militarized with hundreds of cops in its streets and with everything in the periphery, taking hostage the youth of the poblaciones, with authorization to beat them, lie, create montages, arrest, reinvent cases, assassinate, spy, photograph… a society that is the “big market,” a society proud of the individualism it has created, proud of the mediocrity it has created, a society in which the mediums of communication transmit only show business or passionate crimes… The judge, defending this society, has dictated that Tamara Sol shall remain in San Miguel Jail in the high security module during the investigation period (which by principle is 60 days). In this module of punishment, there is only a half hour to go outside…or perhaps they are caged all day. Read the rest of this entry »
On the night of February 11-February 12, 2014, a vehicle of SPIE burst into flames, on Carducci street (ΧΙΧe).
SPIE is involved in the nuclear industry, in the optical fiber digital network and in the “1,000 cameras” plan, in the city of Paris. For these reasons, it must be attacked everywhere, all the time.
Snitch hunting has begun!
We send a greeting of love and struggle to the comrades whose trial started on February 3, in Koridallos women’s prisons. For anarchy!
We inform you that finally, and after a legal precision that was carried out a few days ago, there is finally a definitive date for the beginning of the oral trial of the compañeros Juan Aliste Vega, Freddy Fuentevilla and Marcelo Villarroel, accused in the so-called Security Case. We remember that they have asked for sentences for the compañeros from 18 years of prison up to life imprisonment for several bank robberies and the death of the cop Moyano in October 2007. A recent Government announcement that it was considering introducing U.S. style prison sentences like a hundred years custody for the most serious offences is on one level a straightforward attempt to undermine a recent European Court of Human Rights ruling that life sentence prisoners should be given some hope that their sentences will be reviewed before they die, and on another level evidence that the Americanisation of the British criminal justice system continues to increase and deepen.
Apart from the probable introduction of prison sentences that are in effect a slow form of capital punishment, an American penology has characterised the treatment of British prisoners for quite some time in the form of the treatment model with its psychology-based programmes and courses designed and inspired by Canadian and U.S. ideologies regarding “offending behaviour”, which is attributed not so much to social and environmental causes but more the individual pathology of the “offender”. So the fact that the prison population is drawn disproportionately from the poorest and most disadvantaged group in society is of absolutely no significance and instead a crude behaviourist notion prevails that providing prisoners can be re-socialised into behaving in a “normal” way then “offending behaviour” can be exorcised from their thinking before they’re released back into the same desperate economic and social circumstances. This afternoon, February 11th, there was a demonstration at the Mexican consulate in Seattle, in solidarity with Carlos Lopez and other prisoners of the Mexican state. A group of about 20 people chanted Carlos’ name as well as anti-border and anti-prison slogans, and a synopsis of the case and a statement by Carlos were read over a megaphone. There were two banners that said “Solidarity to all captured comrades” and “Solidaridad es mas fuerte que los carceles! Presxs a la calle!” We stood around and handed out leaflets to passers-by for about 15 minutes, then went inside the consulate and read Carlos’ statement again, and left and dispersed on our own accord. 11-02-2014, Royal Marine Reserve base in Clifton, Bristol.
Military propaganda portrays the armed forces as protectors of ‘the people’. Since the first civilisations this has been used to justify conquest and occupation of territory for the ruling classes, sacrificing their lackeys to build up empires big or small.
We’re expected to believe (or at least act as if we believe) that what’s in the politicians, the generals and the economists interests is really in our interests.
But we’re not fooled. This morning smoke rose above Clifton from the two vans and one large white personnel transporter we’d torched with low-tech firestarters after breaching the compound of the Royal Marine Reserve’s Bristol detachment, who’ve been deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. It’s disgusting how these part-time commandos think they can operate here with immunity while elsewhere they and their colleagues slaughter, rape and terrorize. Alexander Blackman – the British Marine executioner exposed recently for his actions in Afghanistan – is only one example of their systematic wider brutality, and not the pitied aberration he’s painted as. Besides, wherever the military are they’re a symbol of the State domination they enforce. Perhaps to anyone with a view over this compound that symbol is now a little shaken. For the gears of the warmachine these guerrilla strikes behind the lines remain a constant threat. Read the rest of this entry »
Too many city-slickers playing at being country folk, driving around in status symbols, in a dream where the fuel never runs out, “oh it’s such a stress parking the landie, when I do the school run” why not get a smaller car, ride bikes, bus it, use your legs or even better have a lobotomy…
In the middle of December last year in Bristol, Sneyd park & Bathwick hill area of Bath, somewhere between 20-25 4×4′s/service utility vehicles had the air removed from their front tyres via several puncture wounds, there wasn’t a splash of mud on any of them! If we embrace a wide array of the aspects of anarchy then we can possibly feel healthier, more rounded & balanced as a whole within our own being, attempting to address the issues as best one see’s fit realising you can’t just pick & choose the nice bits that might neatly line-up with what one’s decided is comfortable. To acknowledge the challenge to take up & carry the torch that one extra mile, firstly for ourselves & our close friends, remembering out there the glowing spirits that flicker & know in themselves they too have to kick themselves out of this shit that we are all in, seeing that generally things are a little rough around the edges but exciting at times & on some days even potentially dangerous. A local comrade is facing conspiracy to blackmail charges relating to the animal testing laboratories, Huntingdon Life Sciences. Her trial is set to begin February 12th, while the two others charged in the case are awaiting extradition to the UK from Holland. As you are all probably aware, the state has come down very hard on the animal rights campaign and your solidarity is needed.
Statements of solidarity are really appreciated and can be emailed to: info@blackmail3.org
People believed to be campaigning to close down the world’s third largest animal testing facility; Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS), have repeatedly been subjected to arrest and harassment.
On the morning of 6th July 2012, several teams of police raided the homes and business premises of three people arresting them on suspicion of “conspiracy to blackmail”, in relation to animal testing laboratory, Huntingdon Life Sciences. The person in the UK is accused of committing this between 2001-2011 and the 2 people in Holland between November 2008-December 2010. In recent years this charge has been deliberately used against campaigners due to its good conviction rate and because it carries a maximum sentence of 14 years in prison. This is the third UK conspiracy to blackmail trial involving people accused of campaigning against HLS. Read the rest of this entry »
On January 17, 2014 the preliminary hearing for the case of “Operazione Ardire” was held in Perugia, concerning the Perugia line of the investigation. At the request of the public prosecutor, the nun Manuela Comodi, the charges of terrorist association (270a) has been dropped, while the comrades have been indicted for some specific facts (writing slogans on walls, etc.), which however has been recognized as the aggravating circumstance of terrorism.

“Strength, Sol, we love you. We are proud of you.” – Luisa Toledo, grandmother of compañera Sol, on entering the courtroom.
Our dear compañera Sol was pointed out by power and accused of the attack on the miserable Banco Estado security guard Rolando Vargas Fuentes, in which 4 bullets were fired as a gesture of revenge for the murderous shots that another of his colleagues fired months earlier at the body of the anarchist compañeroSebastián Overluij. This year NATO will have their next summit at Celtic Manor Resort, in Newport, south Wales. In early September 2014, “world leaders” – all directly responsible for untold death, illegal torture flights, and wars fought purely to protect Western business interests and resource supply routes – will gather on the edge of this historic Welsh city.
Many people from Newport, Cardiff, Bristol and beyond, will oppose the summit and use a diversity of tactics against it. We, an anti-capitalist, anti-militarist network in South Wales, plan to facilitate mobilisations and provide
space for workshops, skill-shares and social events. We are organising without leaders as we do not agree with bosses or bombs.
NATO has often used the term ‘humanitarian interventions’ to disguise the fact that it actually fights for the strategic, economic and political benefit of the elite classes within NATO member countries. Militarism and capitalism are part of the same global power structure. A critique and confrontation of capitalism is therefore an indispensable aspect of our anti-militarist stance. I was very pleased to learn of the gestures of support from outside towards us three anarchist prisoners. We remain firm and strong despite the silly accusations made against us, and intimidating comments (here, they tell us that we’ll spend much time in prison) wanting to break our identity. They aren’t successful, because we are strong and have conviction.
Today they brought us to declare, expecting us to declare ourselves innocent or guilty. On this point I want to openly make something clear, personally I do not accept either of the two positions. Guilty? Innocent? That would give legitimacy to the stupid laws of the State, of which I do not recognize the authority. After all the State and its laws are just generators and regulators of privileges, injustices, exploitation and domination. Read the rest of this entry »
It’s been two months since five people were arrested and isolated. Two of them, Mónica and Francisco are locked under the harsh Spanish FIES regime, and the rest of them are in parole (obliged to weekly signatures on judicial buildings), waiting for trial with the same accusations.
Many comrades from around told us about the apparent aura of secrecy perceived in everything related with the current situation of the compañerxs and the case as a whole and that after the mass-media circus that surrounded the detentions, something should have been said. Truth is that, as we already know, against mass-media and their advocates, little can be done in terms of countering their propaganda. We can denounce it, learn how they build their webs and see how they work hand-to-hand with the State they build a hole which they try to fill with next domestic enemy: muslims, independentists, galicians, animalists accused of opening too many cages, anarchists… Read the rest of this entry »
During the night of new 2014 year we joined the celebrations of burning symbols of oppression. A quarry excavator was torched in one of the active quarries of Krasnoselsk district in Belarus. 10 liters of gasoline and significant number of rags was used for the act as the thing was huge, the size of country cottage. Security guards invited a streetwalker for the night (this happened in front of our surprised eyes). So in 30 minutes after they started socializing we lighted up the night of passion and happiness with flames of burning vehicle.
Darko was the one of the few; intelligent, articulate, original and brave. His thinking had ranged from anarchist-syndicalism to insurrectional nihilist-anarchy. He also liked Class War (the newspaper), because it was close to many ordinary peoples thinking, as he saw it.
The last time we spoke to each other was in December of 2013. Darko had really developed his ideas, and our exchanges were on a new level. He spoke very eloquently about his interest in chaos, the art and writing of Austin Osman Spare and the anti-civilisation critique, but he seemed to be a little bit lost, and struggling against the pull of a much greater self-destruction. I tried to warn him but to no avail, and to my regret. We were due to meet again soon, but now I will conserve my words for the limitless sky.
I remember one time we were sitting around the first year I met him, 2011, trying to figure out who each other was, and he related to me that reading Max Stirner whilst taking Psilocybin at an early age of 14 had propelled him towards what he was. I didn’t doubt it. He was a reckless genius.
Darko was in his early twenties. He died too soon, like many of the best.
Into the void, my friend, we’ll meet again in the stars.

Souls who are grieving for this world, this is why I call you to gather together.
The flag is already waving.
It is black; it stands for mourning. Forward then, wild Promethei. The cry of vengeance is music sweet and dear.
Today it is necessary to kill, to destroy … tomorrow we will be daisies …
Forward, Federation of Sorrow! Bruno Filippi
The last time I saw Darko Mathers, we spent a wonderful three days together, sharing writing, thoughts, conspiracies and finally putting together the pamphlet critiquing Civil Anarchism which was a term that he had coined. As usual, I found myself astounded by the coherence, breadth and eloquence of Darko’s political analysis. He was a wild, thoughtful, enquiring, compassionate, and brilliant man, slightly lost amongst a generation in whom he could find few equals. I am proud to have known him and I will miss his company, his sensitivity and affection. I hope he knew how greatly I admired him.
Nothing delicate can survive here.
Nothing fine.
Only the brutal.
Seagulls brash as boys.
The rest sit thin-skinned as frogs,
trying to throw themselves like the sun into the formidable sea.
So, farewell for now, my friend, until the next round of magic and mayhem against civilisation.
At the 6th of January the anti-terrorist unit announced that Christodoulos Xiros violated his 7th temporary permission to exit prison for a few days and that he escaped. Christodoulos Xiros is a member of the Marxist organization 17th November (an organization active for 27 years having claimed responsibility for 23 executions of cops, judges, journalists, politicians, American agents, dozens of explosions and attacks with rockets and he has sentenced to six times lifelong plus 1000 years to prison.
The anti-terrorist unit had the journalists say that Christodoulos Xiros co-operate for his escape with the imprisoned members of conspiracy of cells of fire. They had specific references that Christodoulos has found shelter at a safe house of unarrested members of CCF.
In the context of the anti-terrorist propaganda of media has unleashed an attack against the cell of imprisoned members of CCF. Read the rest of this entry »
Christodoulos Xiros, who is a member of the Revolutionary Organisation 17 November, has gone underground, after he did not return to prison after his 3 days leave. The comrade sent this letter and video:
“Better an hour of freedom, than forty years of slavery and prison.”
Because the known crocodiles of the mass Media will start to cry about the lost rights, and will, as always, ask for blood in the arena, I have the following to say:
First of all, your democracy died a long time ago and the abortion that has remained is so blatantly fascist that the corners of the swastika protrude.
So do not pretend to be honourers and protectors at the same time as you murder youth for 1.40 euro and don’t give a damn. Not for us, you fraudsters of the Media, mouthpieces of the lenders, collaborators of the 4th Reich.
It is natural that my leaving causes panic and terror to you and those you serve!
But not to society and the people.
You are against us, you are lackeys of those who destroyed us and this is now in the conscience of everyone.
After a quite long hiatus period due to several things happened, now ASIMETRIS back online and ready to spread terror, hatred and disgust towards society and civilization, as well as spreading eternal fire of war against property and individuals (those who run and protect it) behind every domination and coercive structures who is an enemy to ASIMETRIS. On January 20th, 2014 our comrade Mario Lopez was arrested while he appeared in court, as he does every week, to sign in as part of the conditions imposed for his release on bail. At first he was informed that the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic was demanding his presence in order to ask him questions about an ongoing investigation. After being questioned he was notified that he would be arrested for a warrant for Violation of Federal Law of Firearms and Explosives for the events of June 27, 2012 (when Mario was first imprisoned: http://en.contrainfo.espiv.net/2012/07/01/mexico-recent-information-about-the-anarchist-comrade-mario-lopez-hernandez/) [+ see here.].
He was transferred to the Eastern Penitentiary in Mexico City. At this time this is all the information we have.
Mario’s arrest takes place within the context of a witch-hunt of anarchists by the Mexican government. We have little doubt that our comrade, now in jail, will face more accusations by the state in an attempt to frame him. Persecution against anarchism continues, and for that reason it’s more important than ever to strengthen our solidarity.
Free Mario Lopez!
Free all anarchist prisoners!

On 24 October 2011 their trial began. You can find updates about the process translated into English here and here. Update: N. Maziotis, P.Roupa and their baby-son, Victor Lambros have escaped into clandestinity and gone underground. Stay Free.
"This pamphlet is a meeting point of comrades from all over the world. An imaginary meeting since the walls and bars of the prisons where we are temporarily keep our bodies hostage. But our meanings remain free, escape from the cells of prison and are expressed with words continuing to provoke authority.
Words that still smell of fire and gunpowder, words which carry with them all of our hate for the system, words unrepentant and armed, words which transfer stresses and desires, words which break the isolation of prison, words full of passion for the mutiny we want to continue, words from Chile, Mexico, America, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, Indonesia..."CCF
