In mathematics, the Todd class is a certain construction now considered a part of the theory in algebraic topology of characteristic classes. The Todd class of a vector bundle can be defined by means of the theory of Chern classes, and is encountered where Chern classes exist — most notably in differential topology, the theory of complex manifolds and algebraic geometry. In rough terms, a Todd class acts like a reciprocal of a Chern class, or stands in relation to it as a conormal bundle does to a normal bundle.
The Todd class plays a fundamental role in generalising the classical Riemann-Roch theorem to higher dimensions, in the Hirzebruch-Riemann-Roch theorem and Grothendieck-Hirzebruch-Riemann-Roch theorem.
It is named for J. A. Todd, who introduced a special case of the concept in algebraic geometry in 1937, before the Chern classes were defined. The geometric idea involved is sometimes called the Todd-Eger class. The general definition in higher dimensions is due to Hirzebruch.

The graded equivariant Todd class and the equivariant index of transversally elliptic operators Abstract: Let G be a compact connected Lie group acting on a manifold M. Let σ ∈ KG(T∗GM) be a transversally elliptic symbol. Thus Index (σ) =∑λ∈ˆGm(σ,λ)Vλ is a (infinite) sum of irreducible representations Vλ of G. Let t be a Cartan subalgebra for G. Considering ˆG as a subset of t∗, we produce a W anti invariant piecewise polynomial function ξ → mgeo(σ,ξ) on t∗, determined by the Chern character of σ and the equivariant Todd class, coinciding with m(σ,λ) onˆG. Furthermore, if M is a spin manifold, and σk is the Dirac operator twisted by a line bundle Lk with proper moment map, we compute the asymptotics when k→ ∞ of the distribution ∑λm(σk,λ)δλ/k in terms of the formal expansion∑∞n=0Toddn(M)...

My first time taking class again at TDC since I moved!!!! I was very happy! The choreography is all very painterly and gorgeous and subtle...It's based on seeing an artist sketching an oblivious subject in Central Park. Definitely reminded me so much of "Sunday in the Park With George"! Myron discovers a strange nose flute in music class that makes the students all kooky when certain notes are played. Myron uses it to “control” his friends, until he realizes it also makes the cows literally tear down the school. After discovering the students have mistaken a pile of stage props for a wishing well, Todd accidentally makes some wishes come true. But then Kidswatter demands the well help him relive a famous bullfight from his youth – or else! This is the video of the class on Prayer as taught by guest speaker Todd Perry for the 2GAB class. Todd is a regular attender, and he was gracious enough to prepare and share what was on his heart for prayer.

Pomifera intro class
Join the new kid Todd (Michael Cera, Arrested Development) as he enters a school where cows roam free, class elections are decided by a game of dodge ball, and falling asleep in class is not only okay, but encouraged. As Todd’s new teacher Miss Jewels (Kathy Najinny, King of the Hill) is fond of saying, “students can learn so much when they are asleep”. In 1947, Admiral Richard E. Byrd led 4,000 military troops from the U.S., Britain and Australia in an invasion of Antarctica called “Operation Highjump”, and at least one follow-up expedition. That is fact. It is undeniable. But... the part of the story that is seldom told, at least in “official” circles, is that Byrd and his forces encountered heavy resistance to their Antarctic venture from “flying saucers” and had to call off the invasion. This aspect of the story was pushed forward, again, a few years ago, when a retired Rear Admiral, allegedly living in Texas, who had been involved in the “invasion”, said he was “shocked” when he read material from a documentary, entitled "Rire from the Sky". He allegedly claimed that he knew there had been “a lot of aircraft and rocket shoot-dow...
Ooh-wee-ooh
Ooh-wee-ooh
I'm on the dancefloor
Lazee
Mohombi
Ooh-wee-ooh
Ooh-wee-ooh
(Here we go)
I'm on the dancefloor
I do it for family and friends
And my fans on tour
Do it from the heart
When it hits the store
And to hits your ear
Something you give more
Make you wanna some more
And I give it some more
And I can never give 'em enough
It seems I give it up
All the words will stuck
Whole later
The boys are amazing
As I was, I got the dancefloor shakin'
From the top floor, down to the basement (aha)
And the black eyed were spending living
Better believe, I've got this feeling, Black Eyed Peas
Make you booty-trap on for you playing
When they ask where I do it for
I'll say
I do it for the once who got my back (ooh-ooh-wee)
I do it from my heart, on every track (ooh-ooh-wee)
I do it for my city, we party every day
I do it for the crowd, just tonight we're going down, down
Ooh-wee-ooh
Ooh-wee-ooh
I'm on the dancefloor
Ask me when I'm so fown, fown
You know we're going down, down
Ooh-wee-ooh
Ooh-wee-ooh
I'm on the dancefloor
Ask me when I'm so fown, fown
You know we're going down, down
Ah, Viva La Vida on the play, on the Coldplay
When I feel flay, table and press play
Figured by back in the day
Get mama in the crib when I'm working on my work play
Keep dreaming, that's what sun say
My mama did not rease the fool compending
Way back when I use the wrap off lunchdays
I knew I'll make it to the top, one day
Now days, a flaw-pa
How the core in this spaceship, saffa
Give me take into the world, ba-pa
With my pokerface, so Gaga
No mission is impossible
The jam black, Tom Cruise
I mean, no, that cool
So when you ask me what I do
'Til what I do
Where I do it for
I'll say
I do it for the once who got my back (ooh-ooh-wee)
I do it from my heart, on every track (ooh-ooh-wee)
I do it for my city, we party every day
I do it for the crowd, just tonight we're going down, down
Ooh-wee-ooh
Ooh-wee-ooh

You know we're going down, down
Ooh-wee-ooh
Ooh-wee-ooh
I'm on the dancefloor
Ask me when I'm so fown, fown
You know we're going down, down
Music on, start it
I've never heard it never before
Music on, start it
This is Lazee and Mo
Music on, start it
To my party control
Music on, start it
Oh, start it, oh, start it
I do it for the once who got my back (ooh-ooh-wee)
I do it from my heart, on every track (ooh-ooh-wee)
I do it for my city, we party every day
I do it for the crowd, just tonight we're going down, down
I do it for the once who got my back (ooh-ooh-wee)
