Janice W. (Jan) Crouch (born Janice Wendell Bethany; March 14, 1938) is a religious broadcaster and, with her husband Paul, co-founder of the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

Jan is the daughter of Reverend and Mrs. Edgar Bethany, and grew up in Columbus, Georgia. Her father served as a pastor in the Assemblies of God denomination, and was the founding president of Southeastern University (Florida). Rev. Bethany's family has a Jewish heritage,^{[citation needed]} but became Christians. While attending Evangel Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, Jan met Paul F. Crouch. They married in 1957, and have two sons, Paul Crouch Jr., and Matthew Crouch, both of whom are high ranking officials and program hosts on TBN.

In 1973, Paul and Jan Crouch founded The Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). In 1974, TBN purchased its first TV station, KLXA-TV (now KTBN-TV) DT channel 23, in Southern California, and began distribution through cable systems in 1978. Under the leadership of the Crouch family, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) has grown to become the United States' largest Christian television network, offering 24 hour commercial-free programming, and TBN is currently third largest over-the-air Station Group in the United States, with CBS, Fox, and NBC holding the 4th, 5th and 6th place, according to TV News Check's annual listing of the Top 30 Station Groups. TBN owns and operates 5 independent TV networks, each of which adheres to a faith-based message, but reaching separate demographics. TBN networks include TBN itself, JCTV, TBN Enlace, Smile of a Child, and The Church Channel.

Paul Franklin Crouch (born March 30, 1934) is a religious broadcaster and, along with his wife Jan, co-founder of the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

Crouch was born in St. Joseph, the son of Pentecostal missionaries. Crouch, whose father died when he was just seven years old, was mainly raised by his mother with the help of his grandparents. He soon became interested in amateur radio and announced he would use such technology to send the Gospel around the world. He graduated from the Central Bible Institute and Seminary in Springfield, Missouri in 1955 with a degree in theology.

He has also received three honorary doctorates: Doctor of Litterarum (D.Litt) on May 29, 1981, from the California Graduate School of Theology, Glendale, California; a Doctor of Divinity on May 29, 1983, from the American Christian Theological Seminary, Anaheim, California; and a Doctor of Laws degree on May 5, 1985, from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Crouch and the former Janice Bethany (Crouch) met in 1957 and were married in Missouri. They have three sons, Paul Crouch Jr., and Matthew Crouch, and producer Andrew Crouch, who also have prominent positions with and also frequently appear on TBN.

Toufik Benedictus "Benny" Hinn (Greek: Τουφικ Βενέδικτος "βενι" Χιν, Arabic: توفيق بندكتوس "بني" الحن‎, Hebrew: תאופיק בנדיקטוס (בני) הין; born December 3, 1952) is a televangelist, best known for his regular "Miracle Crusades" – revival meeting/faith healing summits that are usually held in large stadiums in major cities, which are later broadcast worldwide on his television program, This Is Your Day.

Hinn was born in Jaffa, in 1952, in the then newly-established state of Israel to Palestinian Christian parents. He was raised within the Eastern Orthodox tradition.

Soon after the 1967 Arab-Israeli War (a.k.a. "The Six-Day War)", Hinn's family emigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he attended but later prematurely left the Georges Vanier Secondary School. In his books, Hinn states that his father was the mayor of Jaffa at the time of his birth, and that as a child, he was socially isolated and was handicapped by a severe stutter, but was nonetheless a first-class student. These claims, however, have been disputed by critics of Hinn. As a teenager in Toronto, Hinn converted from Greek Orthodoxy to Pentecostalism, eventually joining a singing troupe made up of young evangelicals. According to a 2004 CBC report on Hinn, his newfound religious devotion during this period became so intense that his family became concerned that he was turning into a religious fanatic. Hinn was taught the bible and mentored by Dr. Winston I. Nunes of Broadview Faith Temple in Toronto.
