E 311 (known in Arabic as شارع ﺇ ٣١١) is a route in the United Arab Emirates. The road begins in Jebel Ali Free Zone and extends eastward towards Umm al-Quwain. It was designed by Dubai Municipality originally to cut the traffic if heavy vehicles out of the downtown area.
