Dean and Dan Caten (born Dean and Dan Catenacci) Canadian creative fraternity design duo are identical twin brothers, fashion designers, founders and owners of the DSQUARED², an international fashion house. Twins are famous for churning out collection of punky-yet-tailored, quirky-yetpulled-together men’s- (and, since 2003, women’s-) wear that embody the spirit of bored-rock-star chic. Although the Catens have spent the past decade designing their line to be more real-life than ritz, it’s this very essence that had attracted fans such as Lenny Kravitz, Karl Lagerfeld, Justin Timberlake, Ricky Martin, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Fergie, Britney Spears and Madonna

Dean and Dan Caten were born in 1964 as Dean and Dan Catenacci in Toronto, Ontario. And grew up in the Willowdale area. They are the youngest of nine children. Their parents were from Naples, Italy.

In 1983, they moved to New York to study fashion at Parsons The New School for Design, but stayed only one semester before returning to Toronto. Finding a financial backer in 1986, they launched their first signature womenswear collection, DEanDAN. By 1988 they had signed on to label Ports International (currently Ports 1961) as creative directors to bring the company more fashion forward and upscale. At the same time, Dean and Dan designed for their lower-end, leisure brand, Tabi International. In 1991, the brothers moved to Milan, Italy where they worked as designers for the house of Gianni Versace, and denim brand Diesel, the latter of which funded and launched their namesake brand. They debuted their men's collection in 1994, and in 2003, they launched a women's collection and a men's underwear collection.

Catherine McNeil (born 20 March 1989) is an Australian fashion model. At fourteen years old, she won a model search contest hosted by Girlfriend.

McNeil's modeling career soared to prominence in 2007. She has been featured in advertisements for D & G, Versace, Donna Karan, and Jean Paul Gaultier. She has appeared on the covers of French Vogue, Australian Vogue, V, and French Revue de Modes ' McNeil appeared in many high-profile runway shows for the Fall/Winter 2007 season, including Shiatzy Chen, Balenciaga, Christian Dior, Fendi, Roberto Cavalli, Valentino, Versace, Louis Vuitton and Yves Saint Laurent. She also opened for Givenchy. Style.com chose her as one of the top ten models of the season.

McNeil was also signed with photographer Mario Testino for a six-month contract in 2006, whom she claims to have never heard of prior to their meeting.

Her first major cover was for V magazine who predicted she would be a supermodel. She was photographed by Mario Testino for the D&G pre-fall campaign and the Hugo Boss fall ad campaign (in 2007). She was also the face of the Donna Karan fall add campaign in 2007. And was featured in the Versace campaign alongside Kate Moss in February 2007 she opens the fall Alexander McQueen, Alessandro Dellacqua, Givenchy, and Missoni shows in Paris and Milan and closes the fall Gucci show in Milan. She was featured on Style.com's Top Ten New Faces for fall 2007. She has appeared in advertising campaigns for Givenchy, Dior, Carolina Herrera, Gap, Narciso Rodriguez, Donna Karan, Uniqlo, Express, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss, Printemps, Jean Paul Gautier, Barneys New York, Versace and Hermes.

Wixson was born in Wichita, Kansas on April 11, 1994 to Thomas, who works installing satellite dishes, and Michele, a school bus driver. She has a sister, Kirsten. Wixson inherited her gapped teeth from her dad. As a young girl she wanted to be either a chef or a lawyer. In middle school, she got teased by a group of girls who were always trying to beat her up. They called her gap a "parking lot," making Lindsey self-conscious about her looks. At 12 years old, and 5-feet, 7-inches tall, strangers would come up to her to tell her she could be a model, so she started researching it as a possible career. Around the same time, she was inspired by an article in the Reader’s Digest about Bill Gates and other millionaires. “It was talking about how they took the chance and they took their opportunities and they took it to a whole other level,” she says. So at 12, Wixson decided to become a model. She studied old copies of Vogue, looking into Gisele, Christy and Kate's modeling route, as a same possibility for herself. Wixson first signed with a local agent in Kansas, but it was a situation where she'd email them and they'd get back to her three months later so her parents made the decision to take out a loan and drive down to Los Angeles.
