But, prima facie, if this were the reason, how would it explain surging CIC growth a year later? To that extent that a greater fraction of services was being conducted in the parallel economy, CIC growth should have spiked after the increases and then petered off, once the new equilibrium was reached ... The city police have arrested two persons hailing from Gangapur tehsil in the district for allegedly trying to influence a traffic policeman by claiming to be cops and producing forged identity cards. The arrested accused are Pawan Ratan Bighot of Waghalgaon and Jailal Sundarlal Sundarde of Takliwadi in Gangapur tehsil ...
