[Narrated in Ahmad: 2918, 2079 and Ath-Thabrani in Al-Kabir: 11029 (11/56)] Any regime which resists the establishment of Shariah Law, is considered to be the enemy of Allah by ''Ansar al Shariah''because democracy and any other man made laws are strictly forbidden in Islam.With democracy, the supreme authority does not recognize any other authority to be higher than it, because its authority emanates from itself. Therefore, it does that which it wills and legislates that which it wills, without being accounted by anyone. But this is the ATTRIBUTE of Allah (swt): "and Allah (swt) judges there is none to put back His Judgment and He is swift at reckoning" (Quran 13 : 41). "Allah (swt) commands that which He Wills." (Quran 5 : 1) "Verily Allah (swt) does what He Wills." (Quran 22 :14) We conclude from this that democracy ascribes the attributes of Uluhia to man, by granting him the absolute right to legislate. Owing to this, it has made him an Ilaah (god) beside Allah (swt) and a partner to him concerning the right of legislating for the creation. This is no doubt a Kufr Akbar (i.e. Kufr that takes a person outside the fold of Islam). To put it more precisely, the new God in democracy is the desire of man, who legislates what he fancies and desires, without being restricted by anything. In (Quran 25 : 43 - 44): "Have you (O Mohammed pbuh) seen who has taken as his ilaah (god) his own vain desire? Would you then be a wakil (protecting guide) over him? Or do you think that most of them hear and understand? They are only like cattle - nay; they are even farther astray from the path (i.e. even worse than cattle)." Ansar al Shariah (Supporters of Shariah) fights back against man made laws(Tawagheet) Allah says in the Quran "The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messenger and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of Allah. It is those who are the truthful."[Surah Al Hujarat 15] Allah also says : "O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah, you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little. If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment and will replace you with another people, and you will not harm Him at all. And Allah is over all things competent" [Surah Tawbah 38 - 39 ] It is mentioned in the Quran : "March forth whether you are light or heavy and make jihad with wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah.
