Shear (sheet metal)
There are many types of shears used to shear sheet metal.
Types
Alligator shear
Bench shear
A bench shear, also known as a lever shear, is a bench mounted shear with a compound mechanism to increase the mechanical advantage. It is usually used for cutting rough shapes out of medium sized pieces of sheet metal, but cannot do delicate work. For the small shear, it mostly designed for a wide field of applications. Light weight and easy efficient operation, yet very sturdy in construction. The cutting blades fitted are carefully and accurately ground to give easy, clean quick cuts, and free of burrs. These special features help the operators save a great deal of their energy. But some shearing machines can cut sheet bar and flat bar up to 10mm. It is electrically welded together to make it a sturdy stable unit capable to withstand highest stresses due to heavy duty usage. The footplates are reinforced with bracing angles so that they give firm stability to the shear. The machine is provided with section knives with sliding blades which can be adjusted by hand to make 90 cuts on angles and T-sections of different sizes as well as with openings for cutting round and square bars.
Guillotine (wrestling)
The Guillotine, is an amateur wrestling move named after the decapitation device. It is mostly taught in high schools. It is a pinning move that is deployed from upper referee position. It uses pain to force an opponent to go to their back. It is a combination of leg riding and an open side hook. In mixed martial arts and submission grappling, it is sometimes referred to as the Twister and has been taught extensively by Eddie Bravo in his 10th planet jiu-jitsu system.
Description
Initially a leg ride is secured. From the top, the same side leg must hook opponent's inside thigh, gripping the ankle with the attacker's foot. Next the attacker reaches across to grab the arm opposite to the side that the leg ride is on. This arm is pulled back and up to allow the attacker to slip his head under it, at or just above the elbow. (The guillotine is most easily applied if the opponent is reaching back during the leg ride.)
Once the attacker's head is situated under the opponent's arm, the head is used to lift and turn the arm and opponent. The attacker's other arm is applied under the opponent's arm and behind his head in a similar fashion to a half nelson. As the attacker rolls backward and the opponent is on his back, one of the attacker's arms will be under his body. This arm then releases the wrist of the trapped arm. Next the attacker must reach across his opponent and lock his arms, straightening them as much as possible.
Guillotine (band)
Guillotine is a progressive metal band from Delhi. They play melodies ranging from blues, jazz to death metal. The band has released an album The Cynic in 2010. They indicate that their original tracks are basically a part of a three tier concept of a man's realisation of the hollowness of religious faith. The Cynic is a concept album about a man who is an atheist and frustrated by the fact that religion has taken over society.
Guillotine Won first prize at the coveted Rocktaves held at BITS, Pilani in the year 2009.
At the annual National Rock Contest held in Nagaland in the Hornbill Festival in 2010, Guillotine won the second prize. And Akshat Taneja winning the best keyboard player award.
After a nationwide competition, Guillotine were chosen to open for Metallica in Gurgaon. After the Gurgaon show was cancelled, they opened the Rock 'N India 2011 show along with Inner Sanctum and Scottish Band Biffy Clyro for Metallica on 30 October 2011.
They list Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Pain of Salvation, Guthrie Govan, Pink Floyd, Steve Vai, Greg Howe, Deep Purple are among their major influences.
Thriller (Lambchop album)
Thriller is the third full-length album by Lambchop, released in 1997.
The album title was chosen as a reference to the Michael Jackson album of the same name, one of the biggest-selling albums of all time, as an in-joke by frontman Kurt Wagner regarding the low sales of the first two Lambchop albums.
The track "Your Fucking Sunny Day" was released as a single from the album in a re-recorded "clean" version, under the title "Your Sucking Funny Day".
Three of the songs, "Hey Where's Your Girl", "Crawl Away" and "Superstar in France" are cover versions of songs from the album Poor Fricky by East River Pipe also released on Merge Records.
The sleeve is a painting by Wayne White, a childhood friend of Wagner who also provided cover art for Nixon, Aw Cmon and No You Cmon by the band.

Thriller (EP)
Thriller is the third EP released by South Korean boy band BtoB. It was released on September 9, 2013, consisting a total of 6 tracks with Thriller as title track and the promotional single of the album.
Background
On August 23, 2013, Cube Entertainment released concept pictures for "When I Was Your Man", a pre-release track from the album before the official release with a special music video for the song released a few days later. On September 4, 2013, BtoB uploaded the music video of Thriller on their official YouTube channel and on the same day they performed Thriller and When I Was Your Man on MBC's Show Champion prior to the release date of the EP.
Composition
The EP features a total of 6 tracks with 5 tracks co-written by the members of BtoB themselves and the third track of the EP titled 왜이래 (Why) was composed and co-written by label mate Beast's Lee Gi-kwang.
The EP opens with the first track When I Was Your Man, a classy and soft, laid back track. The song is about a man looking back at a past relationship, and reflecting how different he is now. The second track of the album, Thriller, a dynamic song with a story of a fallen knight coming back to life to finish their mission of saving their princess. It is a song that focuses on that rush they get as they rise from the grave. The third track Why is an R&B influenced track that tells the story of a man who has realized that his lover has no feelings left for him. The fourth track Catch Me is a song that is focused on the feelings one experiences that moment he falls in love. The fifth track Like a Crystal, is a song largely accompanied by an acoustic guitar and the last track Star is a ballad song that samples the bars of the famous nursery rhyme, “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
Thriller (song)
"Thriller" is a song recorded by American singer Michael Jackson, composed by Rod Temperton, and produced by Quincy Jones. It is the seventh and final single released by Epic Records from his 1982 studio album Thriller. A 14-minute video showing Jackson in a Halloween-themed performance was first shown on December 2, 1983. The song was not released as a single until January 23, 1984.
"Thriller" has appeared on multiple greatest hits compilation albums from Jackson, including "HIStory" (1995), "Number Ones" (2003), "The Essential Michael Jackson" (2005) and "Michael Jackson's This Is It" (2009) and was remixed for the "Immortal" album in 2011. The song has a voice-over from actor Vincent Price.
In the song, sound effects such as a creaking door, thunder, feet walking on wooden planks, winds and howling dogs can be heard, and the lyrics contain frightening themes and elements. "Thriller" received positive reviews from critics and became Jackson's seventh top-ten single on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart from the album, while reaching the top of the charts in France and Belgium and the top ten in many other countries.
