Zeminar and Credit Union brought Lauren Guilfoyle to the main stage at Zeminar 2018. Lauren is a physiotherapist from Clare, working in private practice and with the Tipperary Minor Hurling Team. She is also a Sports Journalist working in radio and digital media for Pundit Arena and Cork's Red FM; a Member of the National GAA Youth Committee and fashion icon with Littlewoods Ireland. She is also a self confessed workaholic!
In addressing the audience packed with young people she explains how she deals with disappointment and how she uses the basics of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to challenge her thoughts, as outlined in the Blindboy podcast.

Pat is an author, speaker and high performance coach who is passionate about helping people reach new levels of purpose, passion and fulfilment through movement and mindset. Pat works with individuals, groups, teams and entire corporations to help them get the absolute best out of themselves individually and collectively. His groups have also raised over 250k for charity, including a school building programme in Nepal.

Cora Staunton has had her fair share of knocks but every time she has used her unique mental toughness to pick herself up and drive on!
A Gaelic footballer, Association footballer, Rugby player and Australian Rules footballer Cora has smashed records (and bones) whereever she's gone. Best known for her leading role in the success of the Mayo Ladies GAA team, she is an 11 time All-Star as the team picked up 4 All-Irelands and 3 National League titles.
In 2018, Staunton released her autobiography called Game Changer, it was named as the 2018 Bord Gáis Energy Sports Book of the Year. Staunton works as a HSE liaison officer, working with women from the Irish Travellers community.

Anna holds a Masters in Sexuality Studies from DCU and is the go-to woman for all questions in relations to sexual health, sexuality, gender and relationship issues for The Shona Project (www.shona.ie).

Zeminar and Credit Union brought Lauren Guilfoyle to the main stage at Zeminar 2018. Lauren is a physiotherapist from Clare, working in private practice and with the Tipperary Minor Hurling Team. She is also a Sports Journalist working in radio and digital media for Pundit Arena and Cork's Red FM; a Member of the National GAA Youth Committee and fashion icon with Littlewoods Ireland. She is also a self confessed workaholic!
In addressing the audience packed with young people she explains how she deals with disappointment and how she uses the basics of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to challenge her thoughts, as outlined in the Blindboy podcast.

Pat is an author, speaker and high performance coach who is passionate about helping people reach new levels of purpose, passion and fulfilment through movement and mindset. Pat works with individuals, groups, teams and entire corporations to help them get the absolute best out of themselves individually and collectively. His groups have also raised over 250k for charity, including a school building programme in Nepal.

Cora Staunton has had her fair share of knocks but every time she has used her unique mental toughness to pick herself up and drive on!
A Gaelic footballer, Association footballer, Rugby player and Australian Rules footballer Cora has smashed records (and bones) whereever she's gone. Best known for her leading role in the success of the Mayo Ladies GAA team, she is an 11 time All-Star as the team picked up 4 All-Irelands and 3 National League titles.
In 2018, Staunton released her autobiography called Game Changer, it was named as the 2018 Bord Gáis Energy Sports Book of the Year. Staunton works as a HSE liaison officer, working with women from the Irish Travellers community.

Anna holds a Masters in Sexuality Studies from DCU and is the go-to woman for all questions in relations to sexual health, sexuality, gender and relationship issues for The Shona Project (www.shona.ie).
Her Thesis Title was: "WHO defines sex for secondary school students?" An analysis of the resource materials used in Irish secondary schools for Relationships and Sexuality Education - so she was a perfect fit for the Zeminar audience.
She is a skilled, professional sexual health educator and is passionate about her work particularly with young people. Anna's workshops are interactive, fun and educational.
