26/12/2013 Arabian Gulf League (UAE League) Ajman 1-2 Al Ahli Referee Hamad Al Shaikh was attacked by two Ajman Club officials after their match against Al Ahli in the 12th week of the Arabian Gulf League yesterday which saw the league leaders winning with a controversial penalty awarded in the 96th minute of play. Al Shaikh was attacked as he was leaving the ground at the end of the match which ended 2-1 in favour of Al Ahli. He was attacked and hit twice by an official before the police on duty intervened. The referee needed a police escort to leave the ground to go to Khalifa Hospital for a check-up while Al Shaikh later filed a police complaint. Al Ahli continued their sole leadership of the league with 29 points from 12 matches while Ajman remained at the bottom of the standings with seven points only. Ajman took the lead in the 14th minute when Waleed Abbas, the visiting cental defender, headed back a short ball to his custodian Saif Yousuf but Boris Kapi snatched and scored his team's only goal of the game. Waleed made another similar mistake 10 minutes later but that resulted in a corner. Ajman should have scored more goals in the first half but their attempts went wide and Yousuf Nasir, their Kuwaiti striker, watched in dismay as his header in the 18th minute hit the upright. Luis Jiminez levelled the scores in the first minute of injury-time before the break when he headed Basher Saeed's long shot. Al Ahli were the better team in the second half but their attempts were far from serious due to lack of concentration and haste and the referee Hamad Al Shaikh - who gave five minutes injury time - awarded Al Ahli a penalty for a seemingly innocent tackle against Ahamd Khalil and Ciel converted in the 97th correctly for the winner. دوري الخليج العربي الدوري الإماراتي لكرة القدم إداري فريق عجمان يضرب الحكم بعد احتسابه ركلة جزاء للأهلي في الدقيقة 97 عجمان 2-1 الأهلي شهدت نهاية مباراة عجمان والأهلي اليوم، والتي انتهت بفوز مثير للفرسان بهدف قاتل في الدقيقة 96 بضربة جزاء مثيرة للجدل نفذها بنجاح البرازيلي سياو. وأثار قرار الحكم حمد الشيخ سخط لاعبي عجمان وإدارييه وجماهيره بقرار احتساب ضربة جزاء بعد تعرض احمد خليل للعرقلة في منطقة الجزاء. وبعد تسجيل سياو للهدف قام إداري عجمان عبدالله احمد الذي تعرض للطرد خلال المباراة بالاعتداء على حكم اللقاء حمد الشيخ، لكن قوات الشرطة المكلفة بتأمين المباراة نجحت في حماية الحكم لتنتهي المباراة في جو مشحون وسط اجتجاجات كبيرة من البرتقالي على النتيجة التي اعتبروها "غير عادلة". ومن المتوقع ان تشكل القضية مادة دسمة على طاولة لجنة الانضباط التي ستبحث في تفاصيل مابعد مباراة الاهلي وعجمان.
