1st FLOOR LIVING AREA: Absolutely unbelievable cruise Ship style views that only the pictures can describe, 2 beautiful 3 meter Hamptons style lounges atop of solid American Oak flooring, remote air conditioned, this area opens to a landscaped balcony with vistas to the horizon.
1st FLOOR FOYER: This area is home to very comfortable wing chairs and perfect for just sitting back and reading a book. This area is remote air-conditioned and also opens to a balcony.
OUTSIDE ENTERTAINING AREA: This amazing 120mē outdoor living area is completely covered and weather proof but still allows filtered sunlight to shine through. Completely east facing and only 40 meters to the beach means you could almost cast a fishing line. Complete with a solid oak dining table, pool/billiard table, BBQ area and adjoins the amazing pool terrace.
POOL TERRACE: The main focus of this area for our guests is pure enjoyment. On offer are 3 separate pool areas all boasting amazing beach views, a heated shallow kid's pool that has a continual flowing waterfall edge, next to the kids pool is a grassed play area complete with swings. An enormous heated infinity edge pool offers guests the ability to swim laps or relax on shallow seating. A 12 person hot spa adjoins the main pool, set at 37 degrees it invites you to relax. The pool area has a 180m2 sandstone terrace and a separate grassed area.
FROM THE POOL TO THE BEACH: Separating the beach from the pool is your own private part of paradise, a 700m2 flat grassed area, play cricket, soccer, volley ball or relax under the canopy of the pandanus trees. This area is truly amazing and very unique.

Prices are based on 10 persons. A five night minimum stay applies however shorter stays are permitted with the following surcharges: 3 nights $600 - 4 nights $480. Weddings, functions and events are not permitted without written approval (additional fees apply) please refer to our web site.
