When you log in, your Catch Up service will recognise the channels you have in your package at home.
Let's say you can watch A&E at home. Because A&E is available on both your Catch Up service on your iQ^ box and Foxtel Go*, you'll be able to watch a selection of programmes from that channel.

Missed an episode of one of your favourite shows? No problem, you can use our Catch Up service to get up to speed.
Included in your subscription, Catch Up is the best way to see the TV shows you missed from some of your favourite channels. There are hundreds of TV shows available to connected customers.
You can catch up via your connected iQ^ or iQHD box, or by using Foxtel Go* on your iPad, iPhone, Mac and PC, or selected Android device.
To access the Catch Up service on your iQ^ box, press On Demand on your remote or call 131 999 to update your subscription. Please note that the Catch Up service is only available on Internet-enabled Foxtel iQ^ & Foxtel iQHD boxes.

Step 1. Connect your iQ^
Using an ethernet cable, connect your broadband modem to the back of your iQ^. If your modem isn't near your iQ^, you can use an adaptor.
Step 2. Activate On Demand
All you need to do is Log into My Account and press the 'Activate Now' button. If you aren't set up for My Account please call 131 999 and say, "Activate On Demand".
And then select the 'On Demand' button on your remote, press Catch Up and start exploring.
