Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who has been in the line of fire for holding a dharna on the streets of the national capital, defended himself saying that the Constitution does prevent a CM from sitting on protest. "Our Constitution gives us the right to peaceful protest. I have not violated the Constitution. The Constitution does not say that a CM cannot sit on protest for the rights of the people," he said adding that he will come back on the streets to protest whenever needed.

Plot

Plot
The movie tells the story of the bandit queen Phoolan Devi who was sent to prison in 1983 and got free in 1994. During five years she was prosecuted by the Indian police and turned into a legend (like a modern Robin Hood) by the Indian press. Plot

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who has been in the line of fire for holding a dharna on the streets of the national capital, defended himself saying that the Constitution does prevent a CM from sitting on protest.
"Our Constitution gives us the right to peaceful protest. I have not violated the Constitution. The Constitution does not say that a CM cannot sit on protest for the rights of the people," he said adding that he will come back on the streets to protest whenever needed.

Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was today hurt when protesters threw stones at his car and broke its windows in Kannur. The Chief Minister's office told NDTV that Mr Chandy's car was attacked from both sides, which broke both the rear windows. Mr Chandy was injured on the forehead by glass splinters and was even hit by a stone. One of his ministers, KC Joseph was reportedly with him.

A Chief Minister is the elected head of government of a sub-national (e.g. constituent federal) state, provinces of Sri Lanka, Pakistan, notably a state (and sometimes a union territory) of India, a territory of Australia or a British Overseas Territory that has attained self-government. It is also used as the English version of the title given to the heads of governments of the Malay states without a monarchy.

Arvind Kumar Kejriwal (born 16 June 1968) is a retired Indian Revenue Service officer and an Indian social activist fighting for greater transparency in Government. He was awarded Ramon Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership in 2006, for activating India's Right to Information movement at grassroots and social activities to empower the poorest citizens to fight corruption by holding the government answerable to the people. Kejriwal is also a Saathi (fellow) of the Association for India's Development, a Global Impact award winning NGO.
Arvind Kejriwal was born in a Marwari family in Hissar, Haryana in 1968. His father was an engineer and he spent most of his childhood living in small northern Indian towns like Sonepat, Mathura and Hissar. He did his schooling from Campus School. Kejriwal graduated from IIT Kharagpur as a Mechanical engineer in 1989.
Kejriwal joined Tata Steel right after his graduation from IIT Kharagpur. Kejriwal quit his job with Tata Steel in 1992[citation needed] and spent some time working with Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata, the Ramakrishna Mission in the North-East India and Nehru Yuva Kendra.

Prithviraj Chavan (Marathi: पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण, born 17 March 1946) is the current and 22nd Chief Minister of Maharashtra. The Indian National Congress selected him to be the successor of Ashok Chavan. He was a Member of the Parliament of India representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. He was the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office.
He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India. He also holds a Masters degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He wrote articles on computer science; engineering design; and also contribution to research in computerization of Indian languages in his early days before entering the politics.
Prithviraj Chavan was born to Late.Shri.Anandrao alias Dajisaheb Chavan who Member of Loksabha and served as Minister for various portfolios under the Prime-Ministership of Late.Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru,Late.Lal Bahadur Shastri and Late.Smt.Indira Gandhi.His mother was Late.Smt.Premalakaki Chavan,who was elected as Member of Loksabha after the death of her husband Late.Shri.Anandrao Chavan from his Karad constituency and served in the same capacity for all consecutive terms till her death in 1991. Chavan started his political career in 1991,his name was proposed by Mr. Hindurao Sakharam Jagtap (President Karad Taluka Youth congress Committee)in place of Smt.Premlatatai Chavan,his mother and won the family seat of Karad thrice, in '91, '96 and '98 and lost it in 1999.

Shree Sanjay Nirupam is a third time Member of Indian Parliament. He has served two terms as a nominated MP in the Rajya Sabha first of which was as a Shiv Sena member and the second as a Congress party member. He now represents North Mumbai as an elected Congress member in the Lok Sabha. He is the Secretary of AICC and also Secretary-in-Charge of the Karnataka. He is one of the National spokespersons of the Congress Party to express the Party's view on different issues. He is a member of Parliamentary Committees like Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Energy Committee.
He was born in the village of Rohtas in Bihar. After completing his schooling in Rohtas, he moved to Patna in 1980 for higher Studies. During this time he took keen interest in active politics & extra circular activities along with completing his graduation (1984) with Honors in Arts, Political Science. He was earlier associated with Shiv Sena.
