    I made this as a fresh accompaniment to chicken curry and rice - absolutely delicious - fresh, cooling..mmm!! I also liked how it only used a couple of tablespoons each of herbs but was still really aromatic - great when the herb garden is not yet producing epic proportions :). Will definitely make again!
