Yarra Valley, Vic, $20

Made in respectful gris style towards a more luscious spectrum of white wine with rich blossom, ripe pear and a drop of honey in the aromas, then pure fruit expression and palate generosity to follow as you sip. A delightfully balanced wine suited more to afternoon reverie than mad partying, it's spiced pear notes in the finish are simply delicious.
