To make BBQ mushrooms - seal large flat mushrooms in foil loosely with sea salt, Â pepper, Â fresh thyme, smashed garlic and lots of olive oil. Place away from direct heat and leave on the BBQ for 30-40 mins. Before serving, allow the mushrooms to cool for three minutes.
