Corinne Orr (born May 19, 1936) is a Canadian-born American stage, radio, film and television actress, voice artist and narrator, currently living in the United States. She is arguably best known for her work on the English version of the anime series Speed Racer.
Orr became involved in children's theatre beginning at the age of 10 (with her first role being in Alice in Wonderland), after she began taking elocution lessons to due to her French accent, and started to develop her repetroire of voices. By the age of 14, she was working at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), as well as acting in stage theaters at the Mountain Playhouse in Montreal and the Crest Theatre in Toronto, working for the Montreal Shakespearian Company and alongside such notables as William Shatner. She then moved to CBC Television to portray the character of Suzie the Mouse in the children's soap opera Chez Helene, a bilingual program devoted to teaching children English and French.

This is one of the best episodes, great for it's satirical 1960s feel, freshness, and creativity. The star is Corinne Orr who was the voice of Trixie in the original Speed Racer. Gotta love her voice and her characterization of a woman who is twisted, cracked, and gotta love that laugh! This was written by Richard Lorks (?) and directed by Ted Bell. Anna Morrison was born in Pieve di Brancoli, Italy, in 1920, the first born of Guido and Gelsomina Paladini. She came to Novato, California, in 1923, and died there in 2017. She loved and was beloved by many. Her mother passed on in 1940, and her father in 1984. Her husband, Ken Morrison, passed on in 1979. Her best friends, Fernanda Lerch (Paladini) and Mary Alice Bormolini (McKenna), passed on in 1993 and 1994. Toward the end Anna often said, “Everybody I know is dead.” It was not quite true, but she had known many hundreds of people over 96 years, and a large percentage of them were gone. Shining metal
Arc of light
Red eyes
Smell of fear
Deep cut
Red stream
On white skin
In slowmotion
Stop time
Close your lips
Keep the word
Lay down and sleep
With bleeding heart
I'll take you away
Save you from
The claws of time
Die by my hand, die by my hand
Now you are
A crystal rose
Frozen for
Eternity
Down on my knees
Caress your body
Inside my head
In slowmotion
Stop time
Close your lips
Keep the word
Lay down and sleep
With bleeding heart
I'll take you away
Save you from
The claws of time
Die by my hand, die by my hand
