    President Barack Obama, delivering his annual State of the Union address Tuesday night, asked Congress to find common ground with him on policies to reduce income inequality and create jobs, but he pledged to use unilateral action if needed to move the country forward. He promised executive actions creating new retirement savings accounts, reviewing job training systems and proposing new incentives for medium- and heavy-duty trucks that run on alternative fuels
