As your needs change, so can your Foxtel. You can add channels to your package at anytime yourself using our online service My Account and remove channels in line with your billing date by calling us on 131 999.
We take a credit card payment now for your first month with us in advance plus any installation fees (if applicable), so that you don’t need to discuss any payment arrangements with the technician at installation.
Ongoing, your monthly payments will be set up on Easypay. This means your monthly subscription is automatically taken from your nominated bank account or credit card. This happens monthly on what we call your billing cycle, which is matched to the date you first got connected. If you need to change this date, just give us a call after installation on 131 999 and we’ll change it.
There are a few essentials when getting ready for a Foxtel installation:
1. Make sure someone over 18 is home
2. Every home is different, therefore allow –one to five hours for installation
3. We'll need to access the back of the TV, ensure there's no heavy furniture in the way
4. New TV? Make sure it's set up before we get there and the power is connected
5. Ensure you have permission from your landlord or body corporate if you are renting
6. Know where the manholes in your roof are? We may need access.

Rescheduling is easy, simply go to My Account or call us on 131 999 and say 'reschedule my appointment'. Please give 12 hours notice and we will work with your availability to find a suitable appointment time. You don’t necessarily need to be home for the installation, as long as there is somebody there over the age of 18, who you are ok with making decisions on your behalf, the technician can complete the installation.
Yes, an email will be sent confirming your package, equipment and installation date to you once this transaction is all sorted. Keep this handy as it includes important items, like your account number, which you'll need to set up a My Account.
